Welp. This is my first RMT for OU and this is actually the first team I'm almost completely satisfied with so here we go! Please criticize and suggest changes!

Team Overview
Krookodile @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature
- Dragon Tail
- Knock Off
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake
The Krook! A great UU mon I loved to use all the time so why not OU?? The Krook is great on the defensive end especially with Intimidate. Dragon Tail to phaze out mons and hopefully get some chip damage with SR. The Krook commands a decent amount of switches so STAB knock off is used to cripple opposing switch-ins. EQ is a great stab ground move.
Dragonite @ Choice Band
Ability: Multiscale
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Outrage
- Extreme Speed
- Earthquake
- Thunder Punch
I opted for CB D-nite because I needed guaranteed kills and broken walls and with max attack and adamant nature there isn't much that's going to resist a STAB outrage. E-speed is there for revenge killing, earthquake is a good coverage move, and thunder punch is there to take care of bulky water pokemon.
Heatran @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Overheat
- Flash Cannon
- Earth Power
- Stone Edge
Scarf-tran usually catches opponents off guard and has come in clutch on many occasions when it's time to outspeed those faster threats. Overheat is good strong fire attack while Flash Cannon takes out fairys, earth power wrecks other Heatrans and Stone Edge to smack Talonflame!
Tangrowth @ Big Root
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
Relaxed Nature
IVs: 30 Atk / 30 SpA / 30 Spe
- Knock Off
- Giga Drain
- Leech Seed
- Infestation
Physically defensive tangrowth as the first part of the regenerator core! Infestation and Leech seed for trapping mons who can't kill this monster and with Giga Drain and big root I'm taking tons of HP. Tangrowth's great physical bulk forces a few switches and knock off is great for crippling your opponent.
Slowking @ Assault Vest
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 136 HP / 120 SpA / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
- Scald
- Ice Beam
- Psyshock
- Fire Blast
AV combined with Slowking's great special bulk along with regenerator makes him a great compliment to Tangrowth and rounds off this regenerator core. Ice Beam is there obviously for the dragons. Scald is there to hopefully burn physical switch ins, psyshock to hurt special walls, and Fire Blast to surprise grass pokes. The EVs allows Slowking to hit decently while maintaining his overall bulk.
Gardevoir @ Gardevoirite
Ability: Trace
EVs: 24 Def / 232 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Hyper Voice
- Psyshock
- Focus Blast
- Shadow Ball
Mega Gardevoir is a great special attacker and has great coverage. Hyper Voice of course to make use of pixilate and to beat substitute users. Psyshock for your stab psychic move, Focus Blast to take out those steel types, and shadow ball for at least neutral hits on everybody.
Threats:
Never was too sure what characterized a "threat", but the team hasn't been completely stopped by a pokemon but it still struggles some with bulky water pokemon like Rotom-W and vaporeon. Also with no rapid spinner or defogger makes this team susceptible to entry hazards but outside of D-nite nobody is weak to them and my regen core heals that damage when switching out so entry hazards are annoying but they won't cripple my team. The only other pokemon I've struggled with are Thundurus and Landorus but I haven't been completely shut down by them.

So I started with this regenerator core. After some experimentation with other teams I felt like these two took hits way better than my other core choice of Slowbro and Amoonguss.

Almost immediately I knew I was in for trouble with Talonflame versus my physically defensive Tangrowth so I added Heatran. Heatran can also take grass attacks that would target Slowking along with ice attacks that would target Tangrowth.

I saw this team having problems with other walls and it didn't seem like we'd be doing a lot of damage so I added Krookodile as a Stealth Rock setter/phazer plus he provides some decent defensive synergy with Slowking and Heatran.

I was never very good with offensive pokemon and synergy but I wanted a Mega poke and Gardevoir has a good diverse movepool and could take care of dragons. I chose Zygarde as a bulky setup physical sweeper so he could take a hit or two, wreck stuff, and revenge kill with E-speed. Also he isn't very susceptible to entry hazards which is somewhat of a problem since I don't have a defogger or rapid spinner.

After a few battles I recognized my teams weakness to special attacking bulky water types and Zygarde didn't do too well breaking walls so I switched him with Dragonite which functioned as a much better wall breaker and could also surprise a bulky water type with a thunder punch!
