lol i remember last time when i did 0 wins and 3 loses with a team that was built by a noob guy that owns this account since his birth. I'm pretty sure that now that i'm more experienced (also w help of frens like Mix ) there will be fun. I gave a great team to my buddy praj.pran and i'm sure that with that team he will wreck them all, GO PRAJ MAH NIGGA!
More or less there are 2 days remain, and i'm ready to put this nigga 3d glasses on with popcorns and watch what the first day will give to us, after that, i will go into action, and with better nigga glasses.

It depends which generation the tour is for that week, for ORAS weeks it will be standard OU rules yes, but it cycles through 3 different generations, so one week it's ORAS, one week it's BW2 and one week it's DPP. All play by the standard OU rules of their generation, and the host will make it clear in sign ups which generation the tour they're hosting is for.

Cloyster sucks in every gen except GSC (and maybe ADV), don't use it please.

Yeah, but among most semi-skilled players, viability is proportional to usage.
Cloyster is OU in BW because Shell Smash is so overrated, while it may sweep the unprepared team it isn't really that great at all.

Yes, if you're not familiar with the concept, just look in the smogon tour forum. Each tour has a separate signup thread in which players have a specific timeframe to declare themselves "in", after which the signups will be closed and the host will edit the OP with each round's matchups.
Someone will post a new thread here called "Season 19 (Week # [GEN OU #])" (replace # with the right number and GEN with the right gen)
In this post, there will be the same rules as usual, I advice you to read them before the tournament, for example here
