Though what do you mean by rarity? I could capture it from the Friend Safari with Nest or Dusk. I do agree though that throwing a dragon out with that awesome purple flame effect is cooler than a standard green pop from Nest. I was iffy with the colors of Dusk though.

I am in desperate need of an Analytic Staryu/mie, Pentagon Adamant Landorus with good IV's, and a Naive HP Ice Zoroa (preferably with Sucker Punch or other egg moves)/HP Ice Ditto. Unfortunately, I do not have much to offer, but here is what I can (all pokemon will have 31IVs in the necessary stats):
Jolly Zubat (Infiltrator; Hypnosis, Defog, Brave Bird, Whirlwind), Bold Chansey (Natural Cure; Aromatherapy, Seismic Toss), Adamant Heracross (Guts; Endure, Megahorn, Rock Blast), Modest Mareep, Impish Supersize Pumpkaboo (Frisk; Trick), Careful Supersize Pumpkaboo (Frisk; Trick, Destiny Bond), Calm Feebas (Swift Swim; Dragon Pulse, Mirror Coat, Hypnosis), Bold East Shellos (Storm Drain; Yawn, Stockpile), Adamant Mawile (Intimidate; Fangs + Sucker Punch), Jolly Weedle

By rarity I mean that almost none has done it afaik
Luckily, I recently caught a female Lure Ball Magikarp with Swift Swim, and it was Adamant! :D
I might be able to breed a spitback for you, if you don't mind waiting a bit for it.

Ah, OK. Personally, I don't, though I'd have to check the bank, since I've gotten a few Magikarps before. Who knows, I might be lucky. ^^;

If you're going for Modest, you really want perfect Special Attack... and you don't have it. Toss it.
Nest matches color, so i would do nest.
