ORAS OU My OU ORAS team

(This is my first time posting) my team isn't really based around a certian poke, and is mainly hyper offense with ferrothorn for rocks. Also I was not sure where to put description so everyones description will be underneath their data

serperior.gif

Serperior @ Leftovers
Ability: Contrary
EVs: 20 HP/ 252 SpA/ 236 Spe
Timid nature
-leaf storm
-giga drain
-dragon pulse
-HP fire

Serperior is one of my main sweepers, with 236 and timid nature letting him out speed and 2HKO the laties, and with 20 HP has a 25% chance to survive a Draco meteor with a life orb from a 252 SpA and a SpA boosting nature from the laties, and a 72% chance with a different nature such as timid as most laties have. and at +4 dragon pulse can OHKO any Latie unless they run max SpD and Max HP, still a 2HKO. I have leftovers so I can survive more hits and the life orb extra power is not always necessary after a couple leaf storms. It's main help on this team is it can take on rotom wash, leaf storm is a OHKO no boost after stealth rocks on defensive, and 69-81.5% on SpD with no boost! It also helps with laties as show above, and most ground types as well, and other water types if I don't use Zard-Y to solar beam them, along with giga drain to get some health back if leftovers is to slow

garchomp.gif

Garchomp @ choice scarf
Ability: rough skin
EVs: 16 HP/ 252 AtK/ 240 Spe
Jolly nature
-Earthquake
-dragon claw
-rockslide
-iron head

Scarf garchomp is necessary, and the EVs show above lets me out speed other scarfs such as scarf hydreigon, salamence, and landorus-T. It also is a huge help against scarf gardevoir, although I havent seen any gardevoirs at all. Both rock slide and iron head have a nasty 30% flinch chance, and rock slide hits a majority of the game pretty hard, and is also a OHKO to talonflame, while a choice band max attack stat brave bird is only a 2HKO, and if it does look dire I can just switch to tyranitar, who resists it nicely. It is also a good late game sweeper, spamming dragon claw if all fairies are down and all steels are either very weak or down.

charizard-mega-y.gif

Charizard @ charizardite-y
Ability: Blaze/drought
EVs: 4 DF/ 252 SpA/ 252 Spe
Timid nature
-fire blast
-solar beam
-focus blast
-roost

Another one of my best sweepers, with max speed, it out speeds or speed ties many threats, such as T-tar and rotom, able to 2HKO rotom-w with solar beam while in sunlight. Fire blast just about incinerates everything that dosent resist it in sunlight, with a total of 247.5 base power (I think. 110 x 1.5 stab x 1.5 sunny day, correct me if Im wrong with that formula) with a high base SpD, i put the last EVs in defence. focus blast does about 80% to T-tar, letting scarf chomper finish it off if it dies. Roost is to get some health back.

ferrothorn.gif

Ferrothorn @ shed shell
Ability: iron barbs
EVs: 252 HP/ 88 Def / 168 Spd
Relaxed nature
IVs: 0 Spe
-stealth rock
-leech seed
-power whip
-gyro ball

His main porpous in my offensive team is to set up stealth rocks to break multiscale and focus sash, but can be a bit of a sweeper if his work is done and he has a good amount of HP left. Shed Shell is to get away from magnet pull users such as magnizone, and gyro ball hits everything like a truck with its speed lowering nature, outside of Bulky Def that resist it.

tyranitar.gif

Tyranitar @ choice band
Ability: sand stream
EVs: 100 HP/ 252 Atk/ 156 Spe
Jolly nature
-stone edge
-pursuit
-crunch
-superpower

This set was just suggested to me and I am working on it, though it's use is a wall breaker.

latias.gif

Latias @ life orb
Ability: levitate
EVs: 72 HP/ 184 SpD/ 252 Spe
Timid nature
-defog
-healing wish
-Draco meteor
-psyshock

This is pure support, and high speed + bulk makes it so I can always either get defog or healing wish off unless I flinch. As my team is mainly sweepers, a burn or paralysis is very annoying. Stealth rocks ruin charizard, and chomper dosent like sticky web, as it lets other scarfs outspeed him. When that happens or one of my guys get to low with a status condition, latias can come in and support. And when it's work is done, what else? Spam Draco meteor.

Threat list:
I haven't seen to many threats so far, but this one showed up once and ruined me:

Well thats my team. And any constructive criticism would be much appreciated.

I can see you joined today and by your team I can tell your most likely new to competitive Pokemon so first off I'm gonna welcome you to Smogon n_n. I try to suggest too many changes because it seems like this may be on of your first teams.

1) Ok first off Im going to start of by saying that you have 2 pokemon on your team with mega stones. As it may seem that having access to two megas on your team is convenient, it isn't something very widely done by the majority of the competitive battling community. So the reason why people probably adress you alot about having two megas, is that there is so much more you can do with you team when you have teammates that can compliment the mega your building around. My suggestion if you ever do come around to only working with one mega is to build this team around mega Charizard Y rather than mega diancie on this team. Your team compliments Mega Char Y rather than Mega Diancie in which Lati and char is a nice core and a very widely used core among OU community. If you do this I suggest changing Mega Diancie ----> Tyranitar. Tyranitar with forms an excellent core with charizard Y, because it's able to trap the Lati twins, probably one of the best checks and switchins to Charizard Y. I also dont notice a very reliable stallbreaker on your team so I would suggest Choice Band Tyranitar on your team to beat stall.

2) Also I suggest running this set of EVs for Latias instead of your current set to take on Keldeo better because Lati is the only mon that switches in on it.

Latias @ focus sash
Ability: levitate
EVs: 72 HP / 184 Sp.def / 252 Spe
Timid nature
-defog
-healing wish
-Draco meteor
-psyshock

You had the moveset correct just helping you out with the EVs. Also, Latias is naturally bulky, there is no need to have focus sash , and it probably isn't that good of an idea to have your defogger, be sashed because your going to end up breaker your sash anyways when you switch in on Stealth Rocks :////. So instead, I suggest Life Orb over Focus Sash just to give Lati that extra power and getting OHKOs you would otherwise be getting with your current item.

3)Also, I suggest this set for Ferrothorn :

Ferrothorn @ shed shell
Ability: iron barbs
EVs: 252/ 88 Def / 168 SpD
Relaxed nature
IVs: 0 Spe
-stealth rock
-leech seed
-Power Whip
-gyro ball

This set was used before Greninja was banned to avoid a 2HKO from Ice Beam. Although Greninja is gone from this meta, it is still a widley used EV spread in the community. Your team basically loses to Mega Gyarados, and your only counter in Ferrothorn doesn't have the necessary moveset to beat it.

4) Lastly I would just go max speed and max special attack on Serperior. The calcs you mentioned in your paragraph aren't exactly correct but thats fine.

Thank You , GL with your team hope you take some of my advice n_n

Will do. Thanks for the advise :)

let me address some flaws in the post. first off, instead of typing all this stuff down. just import it from showdown by clicking edit next to team, click import/export at the top, copy/paste the text, then save it to a new paste at http://pastebin.com/. now for actual team help. to start off change dragon pulse on mega charizard to roost because the teammates will beat dragons anyway like ttar. on banded ttar, use 156 speed evs max attack and 100 hp to outspeed mandibuzz before it can toxic, etc and use stone edge crunch pursuit superpower imo to nail heatran and bisharp with an adamant nature. on latias use 72 hp evs 252 speed evs and 184 spa evs as it wants power more than the extra bulk . since this is hyper offense, i believe mamoswine fits better than ferrothorn and mamo can also check dragons with ice shard and eq is strong. eq stealth rock ice shard and icicle spear is the set. i also replaced serperior with thundurus because thundurus spreads helpful twaves while also killing bulky waters easily and being a secondary birdspam check. thunderbolt, twave, hp ice and nasty plot/focus blast works. finially, i replaced garchomp with keldeo because the team really needed a good mega lopunny, ttar, and bisharp check and keldeo does this well. hydro pump scald secret sword and hp electric to check gyarados. in all the team looks like this:

Charizard-Mega-Y @ Charizardite Y
Ability: Drought
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: NaN Atk
- Solar Beam
- Fire Blast
- Focus Blast

It is a good team. I will say that flat out. But if you had read the post rules thingy it had said to try not to change more than 3 pokes. Not to be rude, but for the most part what you suggested is almost an entirely different team. It is a nice team, just a different one. i will try your edits, im just telling you it is a little to different (then again what do I know? I spend most of my time in ubers and random team)
