Annoying Breeding Moments

I had my Weavile EV'd and almost at level 100 when I noticed that it doesn't learn Pursuit.

So I had to go back and start over.

Well I once had two promising parents and started breeding I decided to try the method of getting 25 eggs and then hatching them all going with numbers (all fifth eggs, all fourth eggs, etc)

Well I'm done getting all the eggs...Start hatching..and realize the female was not holding everstone. The only parent I could drop would be the mom because the dad was near perfect was just missing 31 SPD.

Not one female was adamant so I ended up mainly wasting my time...Well and getting my weavile seven levels, but I just use it to catch pogeys.

Pretty much none of the Chimchars I bred for had good Atk, SAtk AND Spd on the same Pokémon.

Also, slightly unrelated to the topic, but a good e-friend of mine agreed to breed me a HP Flying Timid Unburden Drifloon with 30 Spd if I bred him a Heracross. When I got it, I was amazed to find that it was 31/31/31/30/30/30, the maximum HP Flying IVs possible. I proceeded to EV train, as you generally do when you get something really good. Just when it evolved into a Drifblim...

THE ABILITY CHANGED.

Wait what doesn't it just happen with Pal Parked pokémon ?_?

That shouldn't have happened. If the abilities are the same for two stages, they'll remain the same when you evolve it.

Sometimes they insult you too, such as 31 iv in Sp. Attack but give you some stupid nature such as Adamant ._.
and lmao at the guy above me ._.

Back in the early Emerald days, I wouldn't throw away any Pokemon. Once I was looking for a female Modest Treecko, which took about 45 eggs. Just recently I've gone back and presented all my Pokemon to the IV man, and I have three Modest Treecko that have a perfect 31 IVs in Attack. Some time in the future I'll be rebreeding them for some Adamant Treecko.

I'm going to guess that it was hacked, though I don't know why it would make the pogeys ability change once evolved.

Lol^ You can still use it as a parent for your next Heracross.

I always look on the internet or watch TV or read a book while breeding and just litsen to the game music for when to go up or down on the breeding path. Sometimes I get too used to doing this that I forget to get the next egg from the old man and spend like 20 min moving my fingers for no reason. It gets annoying since I could've hatched 5 eggs in 20 min if I was focused.

....I tried soft resetting once, but it wasn't so bad. but I will say that Larvitars and anything in the 10,000 step group is very hard to do. But still, the one thing that I cannot still not get over is my

30-31/30-31/30-31/0-9/13-14/16-17
Shiny Modest Larvitar. at this point, i'm sick of larvitars but i will not quit..... yet

but breeding is frustrating, yet soon i'm going to start breeding Weezing soon.....
