Hey Guy, This is my first RMT and one of the teams which i tweaked a lot.

So here is my Team :) :

salamence.gif

Inb4 I Mega (Salamence) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Moxie
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Outrage
- Fire Blast
- Earthquake
- Dragon Claw

I Chose Salamance because, it is a Good late game sweeper, especially with the Moxie Boost, letting him rack up kills and lets him finish the battle, a great pokemon to use scarf on. using him as a scarfer helps him outspeed most scarfers, Fire blast is helping to deal Bulky Grass types, Bulky Steel types, and most ice types, with it Fire blast gives him a good adventage because its hard to be predicted when using that move, since most people are thinking that it is physical only. Outrage is a great move for late game because at that time most of the pokemon are weakened enough for slamance to rack its kills, EQ is Helping to Fight the Rock types for coverage, Dragon claw(Formerly it was Crunch) is there for Early game when you are not ready yet to use Outrage, as long as a fairy type stays Dragon claw is the preffered move for the job since it is not a multi turn move, giving him the ability to switch out when it is needed.

florges-white.gif

Light (Florges) (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Flower Veil
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
- Aromatherapy
- Wish
- Moonblast
- Protect

Florges was chosen to help Salamence as a wall, to absorb most of the special attacks and in return, Mence takes care of the steel and poison types with EQ/Fire Blast, also the florges is the cleric, means that wish is an important move for healing allies, Protect is a really useful move here because of wish, also Protect is helping to see the Foe's Next move when he is using a Choiced pokemon. Moonblast was chosen for the third slot because it can deal damage to the Foe, as its bulk will let it survive some attacks, Aromotherapy is helping to keep the team healthy along with wish, it makes Florges to be the main target for the foe.

glalie-mega.gif

Snowbelle (Glalie) (F) @ Glalitite
Ability: Ice Body
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Explosion
- Return
- Earthquake
- Freeze-Dry

Glalie was Chosen mostly because i have never tried it in Competitive, since he is a good physical wallbreaker with Refrigirate, makes him fit Perfectly into the team, for Hitting as much as it can, it was Added Freeze Dry so it can take care of the water types, using it can Weaken the water types for the KO, Return, with the Refrigirate Ability gives it the great STAB boost to 153 Base Power, can deal a lot of Damage to Florges, Blissey and other Special walls, Earthquake is a great move to have on him because of the Rock, Steel and fire types That can Eliminate him from the rest of the battle, Explosion, a really strong move, Because of refrigirate the move is being given a stab boost into a Whopping 375 Base Power Move, being used mostly as last resort.

donphan.gif

Africa (Donphan) @ Assult Vest
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 172 HP / 252 Def / 72 Spe
Impish Nature
- Rapid Spin
- Ice Shard
- Earthquake
- Knock Off

Donphan was needed for the team because it was lacking a physical wall, giving the new spread he can outspeed uninvested Empoleon and 2HKO it with Earthquake as the Stab for the job, the Assult vest was given so it will be able to hold agianst some Special attacks, EQ is the main attack for Donphan as its his STAB, giving him as i said the ability to hit Empoleon for good damage, Rapid Spin is much needed for this team because there are Few pokemon who cannot stand Spikes, Stealth Rocks and Sticky web, Knock off is a great move to use on this pokemon because it can hit Ghost types for good damage on the switch for spin blocking, giving him the ability to 2HKO Scarfed Chandalure and survive the Energy ball and picking the KO on the mon, Knock off mostly OHKOs the non Bulky Ghost types,Ice shard is For Extra Priority when Donphan is near Death Situation.

0+ Atk Donphan Knock Off (97.5 BP) vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Chandelure: 196-232 (75 - 88.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
0+ Atk Donphan Knock Off (97.5 BP) vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Mismagius: 270-318 (103.4 - 121.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO (if it will be seen)

porygon-z.gif

Twitch.Tv (Porygon-Z) @ Choice Specs
Ability: Adaptability
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Tri Attack
- Thunderbolt
- Dark Pulse
- Ice Beam

Porygon-Z A great Special WallBreaker for those Physical walls that are there, giving him easy time for the job, unless blissey. using Specs is Ensuring porygon the Truckload of damage that he needs to "punch" some holes on the walls, he was a good addition to the team, giving it some special force. Using the great Adaptability Boosted Tri Attack, Thunderbolt is there to help taking care of water types when its needed, Dark pulse is here for else for coverage agianst ghost type, and for the flinches. Ice beam is taking care of enemy Grass Types, Mega Sceptile, and Dragon types.

toxicroak.gif

Croakelly (Toxicroak) (F) @ Life Orb
Ability: Dry Skin
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Drain Punch
- Swords Dance
- Sucker Punch
- Gunk Shot

Toxicroak is the final member of the team because the team needed a check to Fairy Types and Blissey(and other normal types) so that Salamence can do its job Properly, using Dry skin is letting Toxicroak to switch on water Type Attacks, letting him to Heal and get a safe switch in. using Gunk shot makes sure that fairy types are staying in bay, since it pretty much OHKOs every Fairy type that he fights with, Swords dance is a great addition for getting a +2 attack boost when predicting right, Sucker Punch for Needed Priority so it can hit before death. Drain punch is Needed for STAB and Recovery.

Conclusion:

This Team still needs some improvements IMO, but i have chosen to this so i can learn more teambuilding, i do not have much for this, but it would be greatly appreciated if you rate this team and/or helping me.
Right now im debating if to switch Porygon-Z with Empoleon :P

so in the end.

XEV OUT :D
:heart::heart::heart:

Sup dude pretty cool team you have there. With a scarfed salamence set its really nice have to a second dragon stab in dragon claw so you do not have to lock yourself into outrage early game and potentially get your scarfer killed. So it is good to have something like dragon claw to be able to use earlier game so you do not lock yourself in. With that being said I think you could put dragon claw > fire blast as fire blast will not be benefiting from moxie.

Salamence @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Moxie
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Outrage
- Dragon Claw
- Earthquake
- Crunch

Another thing I see is with the florges set. I would strongly suggest: protect > toxic on florges as protect allows you to avoid 2hkos and receive your wishes much easier. Protect also is a very good for scouting out choice mons to see what move they are locking themselves into so you can make a switch knowing what move they are going for. Another option here is synthesis as it is very good insta recovery, but I think you should just make it simple and use protect instead.

Florges (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Flower Veil
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
- Wish
- Aromatherapy
- Protect
- Moonblast

Now the last couple small tweaks are with the glalie and the donphan. To start with glalie, a viable suggestion I cans see with glalie is: freeze dry > explosion. yes explosion is cool and really powerful to go out with a bang to, but return is still very powerful in itself and while using explosion may get you a kill, you in turn just lost one of your wall breakers for the rest of the battle. Freeze dry is a very cool move on glalie that allows galie to hit bulky waters like swampert (who has a very high chance of just dying), suicune, vaporeon, and blastoise. This move allows your galie who would otherwise get completely hard walled by these guys, not to get hard walled. Finally with that donphan. With stealth rocks being the best move in the game and donphan being a very good candidate to use them, I strongly suggest having them on your donphan. A change you could make would be something like: stealth rocks > knock off or ice shard. between shard or knock off it's totally up to you. I see in your description you really like having knock off so I would understand if you are leaning towards removing ice shard. Stealth rocks are very good for widdling teams down and they will really help your wall breakers smash through stuff easier.

Glalie-Mega @ Glalitite
Ability: Refrigerate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature
- Return
- Earthquake
- Freeze-Dry
- Ice Shard

Donphan @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Impish Nature
- Earthquake
- Knock Off
- Stealth Rock
- Rapid Spin

Hope I helped n_n

Hey Xevolo, cool looking team. I was writing recommendations but OGWanka sniped me :/. I just have a few recommendations to help it out.

First off, I feel like this team really needs rocks, SR could really help late game Salamence sweeps. I'd either take Knock off or Ice Shard off on Donphan for Stealth Rocks. Also the EV spread is a bit odd. The usual speed creep on Donphan is 84 invested speed to outrun Empoleon, I'd recommend the spread 172 HP/252 Def/84 Speed.

And secondly I'd recommend having Protect>Toxic. I've used both Toxic and Protect in that slot and I'd say Protect is definitely better to use over Toxic because scouting for choiced mons' moves/Protecting to get the wish HP.

Hope I helped and good luck with your team!

I'll make sure to change the sets accordingly to what you all said will be changed.

Fire Blast on Mence is only for Mega Aggron and Forretress, so I'd recommend keeping an Adamant nature, or at the very least going for a Naughty nature. In general, not using Dragon Claw is a bit dangerous on a Scarf set, and I'd replace Crunch for Dragon Claw so that you have a reliable STAB Cleaning move. Florges absolutely needs Protect if you're using it with Wish, otherwise change it to Synthesis. Protect also allows you to scout against a variety of Choice Band/Scarf sets. Don't forget to give Porygon Z and Florges 0 attack IVs, as Umbreon's Foul Play can do reasonable damage to Porygon Z. Also, where's the Stealth Rock on Donphan? If you're using an Offense only set for Donphan, use Assault Vest and put min 84 speed for Empoleon, otherwise replace Ice Shard with Stealth Rock.

^ Pretty much. A LOT of people will argue that Florges needs protect, I'm one of those people. Wish/Protect is what makes it such a well oiled machine. It's also nice to see the one and only battletoad getting some good usage. Helps a lot against Florges and slurpuffs. Good luck with this team, can't wait to see what changes you make.

Hello Xevolo , and welcome to Smogon!

Unfortunately, this RMT is currently not following the rules which can be found in the RMT Resource Thread; specifically, this thread violates rule #4, because you lack sufficient descriptions for each Pokemon on your team. As such, I am afraid that I will have to lock this thread for the time being. If you would like this thread to be reopened, feel free to PM me with your updated RMT, and I would be happy to reopen this thread for you. If you need help making an RMT up to the required standards, I recommend that you carefully read the RMT Resource Thread and check out other RMTs from the Team Showcase and RMT Archive for some examples.

Good luck with your team, and have a nice day!

EDIT: Reopened!
