Open the 3DS, start the game, and check the Holocaster in the PSS menu for new messages and updates. If you passed someone else playing X/Y somewhere, you get a PokeMile for each... and it apparently has to tell you about it.

Only makes a difference of 1 Def at Level 50, and Regirock's Physical Bulk is titanic enough that I don't think it'd make too significant a difference at Lv 100.I haven't seen to many pentagon Regirock around here. Is this worth keeping?

For personal use, keep. But if you're intending to trade it, I wouldn't keep it. Eventually, someone's going to SR a pentaflawless ... a decent keep though, if you're intent on it.

I actually wanted to try this with an AssVest on my sun team, trade value is secondary.
The only flaw I found while running some damage calcs is that Adamant Megagross deals a few more percent with Iron Head to it.

So, I'm currently finishing catching the ORAS legends and I'm planning on starting a new game.
Anyone know what are the must-keep items?
I'm thinking Soul Dew, PP ups, master ball, etc... but i'll probably forget something.
Mega stones are too many and on the new game i'll get them again anyways so i'm not considering them.
Thoughts?

Edit: I think I've added the right FC now, I'm on now.
Lucarionite and Garchompite are pretty hard to get in ORAS so you might want to keep those. You might also want to keep event berries/hard to get berries if you have some.
There is also only one Sacred Ash in the game (if you have OR).
A Lucky Egg would help you on your next run.
