Lucario @ Life Orb
Ability: Steadfast
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance

The Star of the show. I've always loved Lucario since Dppt but i've never really used him competitively even when he was at his best in Gen 4, that is why i have decided to build this team around him. EVs are meant to make him as hard hitting and fast as possible. SD to set up a sweep. Espeed is for priority and revenge killing and weakend mons. Close Combat is for the ever so necessary stab. Ice Punch for coverage. Ice Punch was chosen over Crunch and Bullet punch because i already have a great priority move in Espeed and I never really find Crunch all that useful. Ice Punch is my main answer to any dragon types.

Ampharos @ Ampharosite
Ability: Static
EVs: 132 HP / 252 SpA / 124 Spe
Modest Nature
- Thunderbolt
- Dragon Pulse
- Focus Blast
- Volt Switch
I figured that a slow Volt switcher would help me get Lucario out in plus situations so naturally i thought "Forretress. Only that would give me 2 fire type weaknesses and honestly im sick of using foretress n my teams lol. This led to me choosing Mega Ampharos. the EVs are pretty standard for this set. I Mean i could run max speed but thats not all that necessary as this isnt meant to do any real sweeping. T-Bolt and Dragon Pulse are its 2 Stab moves. Focus Blast is for coverage as im not sure if theirs a better move to replace it with but their are plenty of normal types roaming UU so i guess its okay to have. Volt Switch is basically for getting Lucario into battle without him taking damage.

Swampert @ Leftovers
Ability: Torrent
EVs: 240 HP / 16 Atk / 252 Def
Relaxed Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake
- Scald
- Roar
Next up is Swampert. If Lucarios gonna come in and clean up late game he might appreciate some prior damage right? EVs are taken from the standard physical swampert on smogon. I needed a physical wall as well so having a hazards setter/phazer/physWall is great. Especially since he only has one weakness. SR is obvious and roar is for building up that rocks damage or roaring out mons who try to set up. Earthquake is for that physical stab and scald is there because that extra burn chance helps a physWall oh so much.

Rotom-Mow @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpD / 4 Spe
Calm Nature
- Leaf Storm
- Volt Switch
- Pain Split
- Thunder Wave
Rotom Mow, My Special Wall. He provides some pretty good synergy with swampert as he eats up those grass type moves that swampy fears. He can also take those EQs aimed at amph and Luke as he has the ability levitate. Leaf Storm is necessary as his only real powerful grass stab. Volt Switch on this set gives me another semi slow volt switcher. Pain Split is necessary for survivability as rotom lacks any other recovery moves. T-Wave is the main reason for Rotoms inclusion in this team. Lucario appreciates it but even more so if all else fails and Lucario gets taken out, Paralysis is there to help Ampharos overcome his lack of speed to try and salvage the game.

Delphox @ Choice Specs
Ability: Blaze
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Fire Blast
- Psychic
- Grass Knot
- Switcheroo
My answer to physical walls. Choice Specs is for maximum damage output. Fire Blast and Psychic are 2 super powerful stab choices and grass not hurts any of those water mons that think its okay to switch in. Switcheroo isalso very useful as it allows me to cripple anything that i may not have an answer to. Delphox also gives me that ever so wonderful Fire/Water/Grass Core.

Aerodactyl @ Scope Lens
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Rock Slide
- Iron Head
- Earthquake
- Crunch
Okay this is definitely a very odd set but i needed a quick physical attacker or attacker in general that could revenge kill if anything were to happen to Lucario, as my other 2 attackers arent anything special in the speed department. EVs are pretty obvious for max speed and attack. Scope Lens is an intriguing item as it helps get crits with rock slide and iron head. Earthquake is for the great coverage it provides and Crunch is my answer to any dark and ghost types as the rest of my team lacks that.
Pretty much the whole team can be swapped out EXCEPT FOR LUCARIO. Im welcome to any moveset changes or mon swaps. Thank you for anyones help in advance :)
