ORAS Ubers Blaziken offense

I'm There

Banned deucer.
Hey people I've been on showdown for a while now. While I have played every tier at least once the one I seem to like the most is ubers. I've been playing it due to how I like the majority of the pokemon in the tier. SO this time around I made a team around my favorite pokemon which happens to be blaziken. I made this team a while ago but now it isn't doing as well. So let me know what you all think of it and how I could Improve it.

The Team

blaziken.gif
blaziken-mega.gif

KFC (Blaziken) (M) @ Blazikenite
Ability: Speed Boost
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Low Kick
- Flare Blitz
- Stone Edge

This is the mvp of my team. Blaziken catches people by suprise very often because most are not prepared for it. It is the revenge killer for my team and helps deal with annoying ho-oh with stone edge. It can also sweep/clean late game due to the speed boosts it gets. I also sometimes get oppurtunities to setup when people predict the protect. Blaze also helps with killing off bulky steel types and can force switches due to the threat of it using protect.

groudon-primal.gif

Sunny D (Groudon-Primal) @ Red Orb
Ability: Desolate Land
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 248 HP / 88 Def / 172 SpD
Sassy Nature
- Precipice Blades
- Dragon Tail
- Stealth Rock
- Stone Edge

This is my stealth rock setter and my checks many things. It helps pull this team together. I run a lot of special defense to help live stuff like latias draco meteor and darkrai's +2 dark pulse at full hp. It also helps deal with steel types and gives my team a switchin to primal kyogre. The 88 defense evs help it live a Primal groudons precipiece blades at full health.

latios.gif

Latios (M) @ Soul Dew
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Psyshock
- Defog
- Hidden Power [Fire]

This is my teams defoger and my way of checking the primals. I run hp fire because ferrothorn was very annoying for this team. It is my mewtwo check since mewtwo can't ohko latios with any move. It helps get rid of my earthquake weakness a bit as well. Latios also provides me with a fast powerful attacker that can clean up if it's walls/faster pokemon are weakened/killed. Latios also helps me check arceus ground and it can 2hko with psyshock+draco meteor.

yveltal.gif

Eve (Yveltal) @ Life Orb
Ability: Dark Aura
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Mild Nature
- Oblivion Wing
- Dark Pulse
- Taunt
- Sucker Punch

This is the main way I deal with stall because of taunt and it's ability to 2hko most pokemon commonly seen on stall (Lugia, mega sableye, ect). It also helps deal with arceus ground and can revenge kill weakened pokemon with sucker punch. It is my main counter to giratina and is able to ohko giratina o But it can't switch in. It 2hkoes most arceus forms which is good as well. I run mild so I can 2hko other non bulky yvetal with oblivion wing.

arceus-fairy.gif

Jesus (Arceus-Fairy) @ Pixie Plate
Ability: Multitype
EVs: 248 HP / 164 Def / 96 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Judgment
- Will-O-Wisp
- Roar
- Recover

Arceus Fairy helps this team deal with powerful physical attackers not named Primal groudon. It also deals with dragons. I run roar to help deal with E killer arceus which completely destroys my team otherwise. This arceus also prevents this team from falling over like cardboard. It deals with most things that Primal groudon can't deal with and It also helps create a mindgame as to what pokemon is my defogger.
aegislash.gif
aegislash-blade.gif

Knight (Aegislash) (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Stance Change
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SpD
Sassy Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Toxic
- Gyro Ball
- King's Shield
- Shadow Sneak

This is my xerneas counter. It does other things besides counter xerneas though. It also likes being paralyzed so I can switch this into t waves to help power up gyro ball. It also checks mewtwo and counters both of the latis. It also walls lugia to hell who is a pretty big problem if the lugia is running speed.

There is my team. If you see something I should change/adjust let me know. My name on showdown is gbhg. Rate the team and have a good day.

Hello there, nice team you got there! I haven't played Ubers in a while, but that won't stop me from rating it!

Your Mega-Blaziken set got my attention, and it wasn't because your thread name included "Blaziken Offense". It was the fact that it didn't have a way to get a free Speed Boost off. That being said, I believe you shold change Swords Dance into Protect. This allows it to get a free Speed Boost so it can outspeed thing it couldn't before. Since you would need to lose your Attack booster, you can change Low Kick to High Jump Kick for more power.

Latios seems fine, but you should replace Hidden Power Fire with Roost. This allows it to keep being healthy after taking damage. I also don't see way Ferrothorn is a problem. You can easily defeat with Blaziken, providing that you don't mind the Iron Barbs damage.

Stone Edge seems unnessesary on Groudon, as Blaziken can take on Ho-oh with it's own Stone Edge. Since you said Ferrothorn was annoying to your team, replace Stone Edge on Groudon with Lava Plume. It's quite a powerful move for Groudon, as it's STAB andget powered up in the Sun, plus you won't take damage from Iron Barbs.

Yveltal is completely fine, but if you don't like the damage from the Life Orb, make his HP IVs to 29. This IV spread reduces the recoil damage from the Life Orb each time you attack. Just a little nitpick for you. ^-^

That's all I can say. Everything else on your team looks completely fine. I hope you take my advice, and have fun with your team!

Hi I'm There and welcome to Ubers!
I will start by telling you what weaknesses you have on your team:
1)Darkrai out-speeds the whole team and cause extremely heavy damage. I think this pokemon is behind many of your defeats.
2)Your Arceus Fairy gets overloaded very easily. It basically has to check Ekiller, Mence, Rayquaza which is almost impossible for one pokemon even Arceus.
Example: The opponent can easily have Salamence and Ekiller on the same team. You can kill Mence but your Arceus Fairy would be at around 30-40% after that and you wont be able to check the Ekiller who will set up later on in the game.
3)Ho oh and specially Ho oh + a Mon with Aromatherapy on the opponents team. Can switch on Aegislash and Arceus Fairy all day long and spam very strong hits. I wonder how you could win vs that.
Now about possible fixes:
1)Since Blaziken is the MVP it would be very bad to change it. Make it Adamant and run Protect. You really need Protect to push out Darkrais or kill them. It also makes it easier in a lot of situations(Against Mewtwo for example) because Blaziken is frail and kinda slow initially. It needs 1 speed boost to start being threatening to pokemons who otherwise kill it when its slow.
2)Your Groudon is good but you should have explained why 88 on defense. If there is no extremely valid reason move them to special defense.
3)Latios' set is good. You need to run Roost however to insure durability vs ogre and long term durability in general which is required from a Defoger.
4)Yveltal is more than fine. I like this set for its stall breaking ability in general.
5)Aegislash is making you lose momentum. With Latios and Groudon on your team you can no longer afford a pokemon like Aegislash. You should run defensive Primal Ogre. Helps you deal with Ho oh, Mence, Pdon etc to ease the pressure off Arceus Fairy and can work as a sleep absorber for Darkrai while serving as a Toxic absorber like Aegislash did.

Kyogre-Primal @ Blue Orb
Ability: Primordial Sea
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpA
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Scald
- Ice Beam
- Rest
- Sleep Talk

6)I think your Arceus Fairy is fine. I would run toxic instead of roar however.

Hope I helped and good luck!

The 88 defense evs are to live an unboosted precipiece blades. The Aegi is for xern. w/o it I get destroyed by xern

Groudon aegi and latios never work together you are overlapping if u use all 3. your team is not weak to xerneas you can handle it with primal don since Latios can take care of ogre so you can keep don healthy for xerneas.

I made all of Springtraps changes. The main reason why I run aegi is to beat xern because before I put aegi on there geoxerns were shitting on me. If anything I should change arceus or primal don. Cause I need aegi to beat xerneas in case primal don is weakened.

Hi!
I would advise listening to outrages suggestions a bit more and would love to know what the 88 def eva are for on pdon (may have skipped over it if u already explained.)
You use a bit of confusing terminology when talking about Yveltal. When you say its a gira counter but then say you cant switch in on gira-o I got confused. If you mean its a gira-a counter you should specify. Also you really dont need aegi use keys or something idek im tired gonna do this tomorrow.
gl tho and I see u on ps

That fear of Xerneas is not gonna take you far. Many good players' fears about certain pokemons like Primal Groudon made them choke and lose official tour battles. In ubers you can't fear a pokemon. you have Latios and offensive presence for kyogre so you spare max hp max spe defense groudon for xerneas. If you wanna choke and weaken don that's your fault but slapping aegi and groudon on the same team because of a Xernefobia with latios is never gonna make you a good team.

Hello. Sad to say this thread will get locked by a mod if you don't add more descriptions regarding your Pokemon selection.

That's all and thanks. :]

I made the change to Primal kyogre. In return I changed Latios>Latias to better handle kyogre. Thanks for the suggestion. This is the team now.
