You have the right nature, the right Hidden Power type and a flawed Defense stat on a Pokémon that isn't supposed to take attacks in the first place. Keep it imo.
This thing has base 35 HP and base 40 Def. It won't survive any serious hit anyway...
EDIT: The 24 Def will hurt it's trade value for the simple reason that it isn't "flawless". You have to decide how much you care about that.

Yeah, I'd keep too. Resetting for another HP ice would be pointless. And the defense IV could be much worse than 24.

I'm not sure if TSV questions can be asked here but I don't see any other place to ask questions for help other than right here.
I've done TSV for XY. My problem is I seem to do the same steps for box breaking and ripping for my ORAS, but I get errors during the box ripping tab.

It says i successfully bruteforced in picture one, but picture two...I don't know. I am using the correct files for box ripping. The only thing I can think of is that I'm using the KeySAV program for XY (?). Help would be appreciated ):

I downloaded KeySAV2 and re-did all the backups and whatnot, but when I go to the middle tab and open the save it says the key's not found. I tried this 3 times all when closing KeySAV2 program and re-opening to try it again. I'm really not sure what I'm doing wrong and I don't know if I'm the only person having this problem. :|
I know this is a silly question, but did you break your saves? And if so, are you looking in the right folder? (I don't know the UI for Windows KeySAV :/)

Yeah, I broke the saves properly. I looked through the PowerSaves3DS folder which is the same folder that had file 1 and 2 for the save breaker. I really don't know honestly. I did this with XY last year and really didn't even have a single issue iirc, but with ORAS I can't seem to understand it at all.
edit: Found the issue.
"You have to save your key where it initially opens to; it's not a suggestion. The \data\ folder will store your keys and is where it will look when finding a given key."
Kaphotics' post on projectpokemon. I was saving the file on desktop instead of the suggested folder it seems. Thanks for the help :) and sorry for the trouble.

I don't really have any experience with using keysav for boxes but i remember when trawling around for info on how to use it someone had a problem with it. Supposedly they used the key instead of one of the files used to break it/a file of that box number or battle video for the data to read so that could be the problem?

Been chucking ultra at the raikou I'v been hunting although I don't particularly try to catch pokemon in nonstandard balls although I'v been trying to now. Ultra at least matches him somewhat.
Fast ball looks nice on raikou.(gotta go fast sonic fast)
Speaking of raikou got a 31/4/18/31/31/31 timid, been going at this since Tuesday and had two near hits...one quite literally 1 off of perfect ice(31/8/29/31/31/31) I'm assuming due to that 12 points down I should toss it back into the ring and keep trying.
