Make sure when you're making sprites, that they're not simply shrunk versions of pictures you're using.
It not only leaves behind ugly anti-aliased pixels, such as the ends of Flannery's hair, but it also makes it look lazy.

I do like the few edits you made to her though, such as a slightly more defined face :)

I really enjoy all the custom sprites you create I do have a request a Sir Aaron/Riley Sprite with a non mega Lucario Sprite I think it'll look wonderful and represent the movie Lucario and the Mystery Of Mew I would definitely use it as my custom avatar if you decide to once again great sprites
