It's only a 1 in 4 chance any of them will use Curse, so you could just not worry about it... Plus Bulldoze will lower your Speed, (Registeel doesn't have the move) and Ancient Power has a chance to raise all of their stats including Speed, so it may just not really be worth worrying about.

Here was my strategy:
First, figure out the speed stat of the Regis with 31 IVs and the nature you want.
Then, find a Pokemon with one less speed. Once in battle, if the Regis go first, they have 31 IVs. If not, restart the battle.

Do what Paragon189 said, but lead with a Pokémon that knows Baton Pass and is one point slower than the flawless Regi. If you Baton Pass before they attack, reset. If you Baton Pass after they attack, pass into your Final Gambit HP checker and go from there. Your Final Gambit Pokémon should obviously be faster than the Regi.

EDIT: Make sure that your Final Gambit HP checker is A LOT faster than the Regis, since you might end up passing a Bulldoze Speed drop or the Regis might get an Ancient Power Speed increase. Personally I used a Baton Pass Umbreon with an Air Balloon and a Scarf Starly when I SR'd my Regirock, but there are a lot of other options for this.

I wanna get one of my friends into playing competitivly with me, and he agreed to give the Festive Fued a shot. Would someone be willing to clone 3 of my BR Pokemon so I can give him a copy so he can get started?

They'd be a HP Ground Charizard, HA HP Fire Venusaur, and a HA Scrafty.

They're all females in matching balls and with relearnable egg moves, so if you want you can keep a copy, I just want 1+ original back.
