LG elite four isn't really hard to beat. All I recommend is that with that team, you should do quite well. Train them like 5-6 levels more and get a 6th Pokemon and you should do well easily. Just use common "in game" strategy where attacking mostly works if it's SE against the Pokemon.
 
What would be more useful on a Kabutops, Knock Off or Rapid Spin? You can only get one of the moves on him, Knock Off from Crawdaunt line or Rapid Spin from Blastoise line.

So far I'm thinking Rapid Spin, he has 110 Defense so he should be easy to bring in and can take a hit, but the set I'm thinking (CB with Aqua Jet, Waterfall, Stone Edge and Night Slash) won't need either =\

Thoughts?

I am breeding a:

Roselia
Timid

31 Ivs on Spd and Sp.Atk. And mmost specially with Hidden Power Fire. I also want it to be female.

I know how to get it Timid and with 31 IVs on Sp.Atk and Spd but I dont know how to get the HP Fire.

If I am right my breeding Roselia must have 31 IVs on Sp.Atk, Sp.Def, and 30 in Spd. Or do I have to breed for baby Roselias with the IVs writes above?

Also by the way breeding a Female, Timid, HP Fire, Natural Cure, and 31 IVs on Sp.Atk, Sp.Def, and Spd how much it takes.

I cant imagine any more from one week right.

I love smogon, very helpful so I hope you can help me and get my simple answer from my simple question.

I think you should use this Kabutops:

Kabutops
[SET]
name: Choice Band
move 1: Stone Edge
move 2: Waterfall
move 3: X-Scissor
move 4: Aqua Jet
item: Choice Band

ability: Battle Armor/Swift Swim
nature: Adamant
EVs: 24hp/252atk/232spd

That way yo will deal great damage! Also if helped by Hippowdon and Tyranitar, Kabutops gets a boost in special defense, also dont forget he is immune to sandtorm and neutral to Sleath Rock. I would go with this set.

I'm going on holiday tomorrow, and I want to be able to check IV's of things while not near a computer. Is there a way to get a portable IV checker? Like I dunno, a java application for a mobile or something? It'll be a pain breeding all those eggs and not knowing if any are good :(
 
What would be 2 pokemon that would compliment my current team well?

There isn't an IV checker that I know of. I don't even know if there is a program for AR OO

However, if you only plan on breeding one pokemon, try to remember how much each level increases the stats for the IVs you want. Thats how I did magikarp :D

Or order online service on your phone. For Verizon, its only 5$ a month. You can access metalkid there (or at least you should be able to. It'll be a pain entering it, but its worth a shot)

I know, I was thinking of that but in Australia most providers either don't offer internet, or have it at incredibly high prices. So yeah it is pretty much a waste of money =\
 
If you U-turn to something with speed boost, does speed boost activate at the end of that turn?

I'm thinking about a Jirachi/Yanmega combo to enable Yanmega to get in unscathed in the late game even if Stealth Rock is up. Jirachi uses Wish then U-turns to Yanmega next turn, taking the hit in the process (assuming it's up against something slower than itself). The wish heals the damage from stealth rock straight away and then (hopefully!) Speed Boost activates making Yanmega faster than pretty much anything for the next turn. Kind of like a free protect, but with Jirachi doing that little bit of extra damage, freeing up an extra moveslot for Yanmega as well.

I just hope Speed Boost works like that!
 
Hmm a breeding question:

How do I get 'crunch' on lucario? Since female lucario with crunching male luxray seems to fail.

Have you tried Smeargle?

What Does Soft-Reseting actually do? I mean, Is it the same as turning the game On/Off, just faster?

It resets your game. So yes, essentially a faster way of "turning the game on/off"
 
How do I get mystery gift? Does it relate to the Azure flute/Oaks letter?

How do I get to Arceus and Shaymin (I can ahck the event items)

Yep, it's how we get the event pokemon. If you have pokesav, you can directly hack the event onto your save. If not, you can use the AR codes generated through pokesave to receive the mystery gift. You have to do it through mystery gift so that the event is activated. If you don't activate the event, and only hack the items, they won't do anything at the required time.

How to get the legends.
