Hey, so I've been pretty much running sweeper teams based around dragon dancers or things like zard y in battle spot singles for awhile (pretending they are OU teams and staying to those rules as well as my own: not using stuff like rotom-w/vanillice/landorus-t/other stuff I personally dont fully qualify as pokemon so i dont use them). I decided though to try out Mega Slowbro because I thought he was cool. It originally started as a troll battle spot team with custap berry explosion forretress with slowking/megabro regenerator abuse, but I decided to take it to full OU, because it was sweet. Anyways my team has evolved over the past 2 weeks into this pretty awesome team:

Mega Slowbro
Slowbronite
Bold | Regenerator EV's: 252 HP, 80 Def, 176 SpD
Slack off | Psyshock | Scald | Calm Mind
-My main braj, he sit back enjoying natty ice all day. He walls physical attacks, is a calm mind win condition and that's mostly it. I abuse regenerator before mega evolving if it is beneficial to. The slowking/bro regenerator switching I find very effective. I've only lost walling battles to Toxic setters/Cresselia is a big problem (hopefully scizor/hydreigon deal with it effectively)/lugia with the exact same build (even though it's uber, just saying).
Slowking
Assault Vest
Modest | Regenerator EV's: 252 HP, 252 SpA
Future Sight | Psychic | Fire Blast | Scald
-This guy is a sweet switch in for many threats on the team, specifically for nullifying SpA's where slowbro as regular Def cannot. This is why I run assault vest and to this point I have never seen this thing 1HKO'd by anything. I generally can kill almost anything in 2HKO by Future sight + a psychic, also really useful for just future sight hit and run by switching out with regenerator. I've done a lot of staying power plays by not evolving slowbro early and just abusing regenerator between the two.
Garchomp
Life Orb | Rough Skin
Naive | Att 252, Spe 252
Outrage | Stealth Rock | Stone Edge | Earthquake
-Run Naïve + speed Iv’s to pretty much always guarantee going first. Super solid, usually has an coverage move to do massive damage to whatever the opponent sends out with Stone Edge/Earthquake/Outrage. He deals with flyers and heavy fighters, back-up dragon killer. Also Outrage STAB is just solid either case. Strong sweeper. Sets stealth rocks. k bai garchomp
Hydreigon
Choice Scarf | Levitate
Modest | SpA 252, Spe 252
Fire Blast | Draco Meteor | Earth Power | Dark Pulse
-This pokemon is one of the most effective pokemon I've ever used in my short career. I learned how to use choice items off this guy and he is so powerful with great coverage that he almost always sweeps half of my opponents team. He is my number 1 answer to killing anything that isnt tanky on the enemy team in 1HKO or rarely 2HKO. Especially switching into slowbro (rock prediction) or slowking (ice prediction) or sylveon (for drag attack prediction). Not to mention I can free switch into this guy with Levitate. He and sylveon with slowking/bro have really good synergy. He also always kills greninja's which were a huge problem to my team literally 100% of the time with Draco Meteor. Always goes first with very rare exceptions which I have never seen 1HKO him because of surprising natural tankiness. Kills ghosts that threaten my slowking/bro also. Just extremely sweet coverage.
Sylveon
Choice Specs | Pixilate
Modest | EV's HP 180, Def 60, SpA 252, Spe 16
Hyper Voice | Shadow Ball | Psyshock | HP: Ground
-So straight off a Smogon build. I was originally using the pokemon in doubles where it was godly. So I just brought it for an Extremely strong STAB to fight against just most things. That is kinda being undescriptive, but this is like my solution for my opponents Factor X. I can pretty much throw in my Sylveon on anything and usually 1HKO or 2HKO anything with pixilated Hyper Voice spam. It's also an amazing switchin for my hydreigon or garchomp. While irrelevant, I sweep almost every legendary pokemon battle spot single team with hydreigon and this sylveon. Also can kill stuff like heatran.
Scizor
Choice Band | Technician
Adamant | EV's
Night Slash | Defog | Bug Bite | Bullet Punch
-This guy is an awesome switch in against any steel type and some physical attackers. He is here to possibly defog, but usually kill fairy types, kill dark types, finish off rotom-w's with bug bite. Also back up kill ghost types that can cause problems for my team. Choice band for killing power.

I'm pretty inexperienced in competitive play, but I'm not helpless by any means and I think I've stumbled onto a pretty awesome/strong team comp for the current meta. Unfortunately I've mostly only been able to practice in battle spot singles (like 100) and such, but I have gotten in a decent number (like 10) of 6v6 battles and it has gone over well so far. These are all of the OU battles I've participated in ever so far. Notably I've beaten a big name streamer for one of those 10 full OU battles. Only played one match against their OU team, but they have something along the lines of a 10:1 ratio so I like to think my team is pretty solid as is. Significantly toxic is a huge problem for my team, but that's something that I just realized I can switch Scizor in for. Toxic is a problem for walling with my Mega slowbro and abusing regenerator on slowking. If you see where I can make good improvements, let me know please. Lastly Landorus-T scares me, but I've killed them so far.
