Skitty also has them as Egg Moves, but I'm not certain if you can get both on it.
Just Sketch Wish and Fake Tears onto a Male Smeargle. That's all you need to know.

Mawile learns Wish? That's not what I get from Serebii. Or is that NYPC?
If you have a poke with either move, you can go into a double battle and sketch them...

We know that Beat Up has its own damage formula, independant from the standard one.
But how does Beat Up get altered with Techinitian Trait? will damage used against the defense of the target be x1.5'd or will the base points increase, making Beat Up way stronger that it used to be?

Beat Up consists of a 10 BP typeless attack for each healthy Pokemon left on the team on the target. I suppose Technician would turn them into 15 BP attacks. Am I understanding that right?
EDIT: Wait, is it the Base Stats of each Pokemon factored into the attack? Then Technician might not affect it at all...
How could that be? The SHROOMISH had Poison Heal, and Poison Heal is a D/P ability. It would've had to migrate with Effect Spore.
But that's really strange. I'm also curious as to how that is possible.
What is the point of using borderline pokemon such a smilotic, when people say you need to replace them, and then complain of your team's lack of originality? I like Milotic, so what if it semi-sucks, it's better than luvdisc..
