2) if my jumpluff was to switch in on someones earthquake and then encore in the next turn, would that poke have to use earthquake?

2) Ye, the Pokémon is locked to use quake! Had fun with this in Battle tower :p

Yes for 2-6 turns (assuming they don't switch)

What's the best switch in to a garchomp? Usually it's with a scarf, using outrage, so something that can take the hit and then KO/set up on it.

Metagross takes 28~33% (without defense and HP EVs) and can OHKO with Ice Punch.
Magnezone take 34~40% (without HP and defense EVs) and can OHKO with hidden Power Ice
and Steelix takes 13~15% (positive nature, 252 EVs in both stats) and can 2HKO with Ice Fang or Gyro Ball

EDIT: and I think CB Mamoswine can take a hit and KO with Ice Shard

Imo, trade it to someone who has a AR/PokeSav and ask them to Rare Candy your guys to level 100 with their infinite Rare Candies. Hopefully someone around here could do it :D

Yeah I was thinking about that, but I don't have much time. I just remembered that I have my own R4 lol, so I could use pokesav to get the rare candies. Would doing that still make my pokemon legit (iyo and through a checker)?
