Thanks to a certain March Fires, we have the rather unfortunate situation of having 4 people in winners and 3 people in losers, so we're gonna have to do Round Robin in losers for...awhile.

SPECIFIC RULES (ripped off from Arcticblast)
  • This is a standard ORAS Ubers tournament
  • This tournament will be Double Elimination
  • All rounds will be Best of Three. You may switch teams in between battles of the same set.
  • Matches are to be played on Pokemon Showdown!
  • To encourage the development of the metagame, and so that everyone is on an even playing field, all matches must have replays recorded. If neither player posts or at least saves replays of the match, both players will suffer an automatic game loss. (If you were in losers' when you played, you are both out. If you were in winners', the winner is in losers' and the loser is out.) There may be some exceptions to this rule.
  • Every round, I will choose several games as the Highlight Matches. We don't have streaming yet, but this is something I am going to look into for future rounds when things get competitive.
Standard Rules and Clauses
  • Species Clause: A player cannot have two Pokemon with the same PokeDex number on his team.
  • Evasion Clause: The moves Double Team and Minimize are banned. (No other evasion boosting things are banned).
  • OHKO Clause: The moves Horn Drill, Guillotine, Sheer Cold, and Fissure are banned.
  • Endless Battle Clause: Anything capable of intentionally creating an endless battle is banned.
  • Moody Clause
  • Sleep Clause

instead of doing round robins for a while, u could knock out the one player that loses both games in the round robin, it's probably not the best idea but it lets u avoid having multiple round robins
 
Yea what Chill Shadow said above was the plan. March Fires quitting threw the brackets for a loop but we will be back on track after this round.

The winner's bracket is all set and will proceed normally. For this round only, the top two players in the loser's bracket will advance, with each player getting a point. That way, we will not need a bye or a round robin for the rest of the tournament. I would rather this than pair someone up with March Fires and essentially get a bye in Round 12. Yes, it means that someone can go 1-1 and still advance, but that's life. Hey, the 2nd place finisher is more deserving of success than the Kardashians are for having one of the most incompetent lawyers of all time as a dad, so um, there's that.

If everyone goes 1-1, then we will redo it. Naturally, I will grant an extension for this round if need be.

Say what you want about the way this seasonal has gone, but don't you DARE call it boring. I am having a blast (headphones)
 
Also calling it right now, Level 56 vs Gunner Rohan is going to be the final.
Level 56 to take it all.

Well this will certainly be amusing to see how this turns out, I'm looking forward to Omfuga vs Level 56. Anything can happen but whatever happens as long as there is good sportsmanship I am fine with whatever.

Omfuga vs Mysterious M (MM will shut down the flames, or hax)
Omfuga vs Gunner Rohan (Think Omfuga is going to flame this one)
Gunner Rohan vs Mysterious M (Not much to say about it)

Lost to both. Ggs and s/o to the people that helped me with teambuilding and testing.. although it was the longest round i have been in seasonals i feel like i did not deserved to be here but that is game. Gunner to win this whole thing and sorry if i dissapointed some guys
