Can someone please rate this team? Thanks!

Charizard @ Charizardite Y
Ability: Blaze
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Fire Blast
- Solar Beam
- Focus Blast
- Roost

This team is based around Charizard Y. I decided to use Charizard Y and not X because of the typing advantage and movepool. It is my main STAB, allowing me to take on fast and bulky threats to the team. Flame Blast is needed for STAB, Solar beam is to take on water types in the Drought, Roost is for healing and Focus Blast is to take on the likes of Tyranitar and Heatran.

Excadrill @ Life Orb
Ability: Sand Rush
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Earthquake
- Iron Head
- Rock Slide
- Swords Dance

Excadrill is here for the synergy it has with Charizard and his partner Tyranitar. It can break past specially bulky pokemon Charizard can't handle. Earthquake being boosted by Life Orb can 2HKO the hazard setter Ferrothorn and any pokemon that resists it making it a main STAB. Iron Head is there for flinch and for non-grounded pokemon. Rock Slide takes on flying types and Swords Dance is for a boost in attack.

Tyranitar @ Choice Band
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 248 HP / 80 Def / 180 SpD
Relaxed Nature
- Crunch
- Stone Edge
- Pursuit
- Superpower

Tyranitar is Excadrill's partner, having more synergy with it than Charizard. It supplys a sand storm for Excadrill as it has Sand Rush on it. Crunch is to get rid of pokemon like Latios and Latias, as they are part Psychic. Stone Edge covers up for flying pokemon. Pursuit is to trap pokemon from switching and Superpower for some extra coverage on rock types. I chose choice band because I needed the extra attack.

Keldeo @ Choice Specs
Ability: Justified
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Scald
- Secret Sword
- Hydro Pump
- Icy Wind

Keldeo is here because I needed a pokemon to take hydro pumps and such for Charizard. As I said, it is mainly here for water coverage. Scald is for fire types and the chance of burn. Secret Sword is for rock types. Hydro Pumps is to get the specially bulky fire types and icy wind is for the grass types that get red of Keldeo. Choice Specs is here because this Keldeo is a special attacker.

Latios @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Draco Meteor
- Psyshock
- Roost
- Defog

I chose Latios over Latias because it was a little more bulky. It serves as a hazard removal, a common threat to Charizard. Without Latios, this team would be in danger. Draco Meteor is for the STAB, Psyshock threatens Chansey and common assault vested pokemon, Roost is to heal from the Life Orb and defog is for hazard removal.

Landorus-Therian @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 HP / 240 Def / 8 SpD / 8 Spe
Impish Nature
- Earthquake
- U-turn
- Stone Edge
- Stealth Rock

Landorus T is the opposite to Latios, placing hazards. His main role is to set up stealth rock. Earthquake is his main STAB, U-turn creates some momentum (Although I may need to add a volt switcher.), Stone Edge is to take on flying pokemon such as Talonflame and Stealth Rock is to set up.

Thank you for rating. Please note this is my first RMT on Smogon. You are free to use this team at my credit.

Sorry it isn't much of a rate, but I notice you've got huge issues with a mon called Mega Manectric. It hits your whole team for SE damage except for Tyranitar, and that's a big no-no when it has 135 base SpA. Especially because most teams carrying it also carry Tornadus-T, who hits Tar with a 4x LO boosted Superpower (and still boasts three other moves). Your Excadrill is an answer to both, but only if sand is set up. Plus, if T-Tar is down then a non-sandstorm setter can come in and render Excadrill hopelessly vulnerable. Politied would do this very well, especially since it baits in Zard Y. Then Manectric revenge sweeps.

Essentially you want more speed control than a circumstantially sand-boosted mon. Although maybe it's no problem for you. Just something to mull over.

Uhh...

252 SpA Mega Manectric Thunderbolt vs. 100 HP / 0 SpD Tyranitar in Sand: 102-120 (27.8 - 32.7%) -- guaranteed 4HKO
252 SpA Mega Manectric Hidden Power Ice vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Latios: 124-148 (41.4 - 49.4%) -- guaranteed 3HKO

252 SpA Life Orb Latios Draco Meteor vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Mega Manectric: 333-394 (118.5 - 140.2%) -- guaranteed OHKO

If he makes bad plays and/or gets fucked over by the RNG then MMane might be an issue, but otherwise Mane is hardly a problem.

Anyway, the team looks solid overall, but there's one thing that bugs me to no end. What the hell is the spread on Tyranitar? I'm going to assume it's a leftover of a previous, more defensive T-Tar. Either way, you should definitely change it to the standard BandTar spread of 252 Attack/100 HP/156 Speed with an Adamant nature, which allows you to hit much harder while still retaining some bulk. Aside from that, it's a solid Megazard Y team, especially for a first-timer.

Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 100 HP / 252 Atk / 156 Spe

Ah, I was too tired to run the calculations. Still it's a big deal if the team is damaged prior to its entry. And I'm pretty sure Knock Off/Superpower Torn-T could handle those two mons

Interesting... so what your saying is you recommend me using a politied and a manectric and some more speed control?
Nooo no, I was just trying to point out that they can cause dents in your team in the right circumstances. It's not as big a deal as I had thought, but still. It's nice to outspeed it in general
