Introduction
Hello guys I am Take Azelfie and today I celebrate my 1.5K post on Smogon :D. So I'm going to go ahead and drop of one of my favorite RU Teams as of late because it abuses a lot of strange sets that you wouldn't see on the average team. Actually 5/6 members have non standardish sets which makes it very fun for players who like to try unexplored sets (Or those who just enjoy luring like I do). Well I don't have much more to say so let's just get onto the RMT.
Teambuilding Process
braviary.gif

I started with Substitute Bulk Up (Sub BU for short) since is got stupidly good after the ban, like if you want a counter you need Roar Rhyperior or Aurorus. Oh and Magneton to, but point stated once it gets rolling you need a brick wall to stop it.
slowking.gif

I was thinking of ways to beat the three threats I stated above and I was originally going to go with Lanturn because it was cool but then I went with Specs Slowking to lure Magneton and pivot into Rhyperior. Also Lanturn couldn't switch into Rhyperior which is why i disabondoned the idea.
virizion.gif

Soon I wanted a more face paced sweeper to break down stuff for Braviary or just end up sweeping that also COULD absorb a Knock Off. I added Yache because Sneasel sucks for the other two Pokemon.
jolteon.gif

I wanted a way to give Virizion a way to dodge status so I used Substitute + Baton Pass (SubPass for short) Jordan to do that. It also lures Version with HP Flying and Rhyperior by subbing on the switch on BPing on the assumed EQ.
rhyperior.gif

While the set itself is standard this spread makes it more offensive which I really. Well anyways I wanted a good electric resist (jolt doesn't do anything and Manectric overheats virizion) so I added Rhyperior, it also gives me Stealth Rock. Ice Punch lures Flygon.
houndoom.gif

I don't want to have to revenge kill Venusaur with a HP Flying Jolteon x.x. I also didn't like not having a direct Psychic check (remember Jolteon has HP Flying > Signal Beam) so I went with Houndoom. I also saw this as an opportunity to use Unnerve to trap Colbur Melo and Jeli since I have two sturdy Fire switchins.
Team in Depth

628.png

Crimson Rose (Braviary) @ Leftovers
Ability: Defiant
EVs: 252 HP / 168 SpD / 88 Spe
Careful Nature
- Substitute
- Roost
- Bulk Up
- Brave Bird

This is the focus of the team. SubBU Braviary sets up on quite a lot of Pokemon like Diancie, Registeel, Mola, etc. So naturally the rest of my team is designed to lure and beat Pokemon it struggles against. The moves are SubBU for pressuring bulkier builds, Roost for longevity and removing the Rock weakness, and Brave Bird for annihilating things at +6. The spread outspeeds Golbat so threatens this set with Inflitrator+Toxic.

199.png

Coral Calamity (Slowking) (F) @ Choice Specs
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 244 HP / 252 SpA / 12 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Scald
- Psychic
- Fire Blast
- Trick

SpecsKing is the team's wallbreaker and bulky fire pivot #1. Slowking's job is the pressure Glalie, Fighting-types, and Rhyperior. Mainly you spam Scald untill you're opponent is going to go into there Venusaur or Tangrowth. Scald gives Braviary more opportunities to set up. Specs lures in things that want to set up on passive Pokemon like Malamar or Braviary. The speed creep is for nothing except other King's.

640.png

Verdant Blade (Virizion) @ Yache Berry
Ability: Justified
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Leaf Blade
- Close Combat
- Stone Edge

Virizion is great for sweeping but at a much faster pace than Braviary. I went with Stone Edge since Poison types weren't too much of a problem at this point. Virizion helps to lure in Sneasel with Yache and check Dark-types. Usually you'll want to receive a Sub from Jolteon if possible before you set up to stop Virizion from getting revenge killed or slapped with a status.

135.png

Odin (Jolteon) (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Volt Absorb
EVs: 80 HP / 252 SpA / 176 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 30 HP / 0 Atk / 30 Def / 30 SpA / 30 SpD
- Substitute
- Baton Pass
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power [Flying]

Jolteon is the team's way of revenge killing certain threats like Virizion and Fletchinder. SubPass is a really effective way to get in my powerful hitters like Virizion and Slowking. Jolteon is kind of hard to get in so just try to bring it in after you revenge kill something or on a TWave. Just try to pass as many Subs as possible and pressure Virizion and Water-types and you'll be good to go.

464.png

Collosus (Rhyperior) (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Solid Rock
EVs: 160 HP / 252 Atk / 96 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Stone Edge / Rock Blast
- Earthquake
- Ice Punch

Rhyperior is my rocks user. It helps to check Fletchinder, Braviary and Electric-types. It also pressures Registeel and Diancie. Ice Punch lures in Flygon and Grass-types (note, EBelt 2HKOes Tangrowth and Virizion after Stealth Rock.) This is a good way to pressure Pokemon from getting up Stealth Rock as this team lacks removal. The speed creep is for uninvested base 50's (Growth, Regi, Diancie)

229.png

Cerebus (Houndoom) (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Unnerve
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature
- Nasty Plot
- Fire Blast
- Dark Pulse
- Pursuit

The final member of the team Houndoom's purpose is to check Psychic-types and pressure Venusaur. I didn't need another way to pressure Fire-types so I went with Unnerve to better deal with Colbur Pokemon like Melo and Slowking. I haven't done too much study into this set so I'm not sure if there is any relevant attack benchmark I should go for so if you find one tell me.

Conclusion
Thank you guys for taking the time to read my RMT. I don't have much else to say but I want to give some shoutouts to some really cool people I've met on here.
Fineonbae, known him for the longest time and is finally coming back.
Cheryl., cool person but can get a bit overboard on Discord
Drapionswing, getting ANOTHER s/o
CrzyCookie, :3
Miyami~~, is smart and a good battle when I've seen her battle.
Gatorboy, really chill has a YouTube channel. Block Registeel is God.
Based Honker, fren who I talk to often whether it's casual or Pokemon based.
Thatwackycruton, another YouTube who is very intelligent and has a good chance of getting a badge soon imo
Kableye, it's hard for anyone to hate this guy
EonX, is one of the most helpful ru mods to talk if you are new and can make some pretty good evaluations / teams
Lord Death Man, when I was a newer player he was one of the people I looked up to the most because I loved watching replays of his battles. He's still a player I look up to.
Sobi, good person. Needs a badge already
Thanks for reading :]

Hey i was wondering, how do you play around a drapion? Like do you have a safe switchin cause they run aqua tail :/ btw i really really like your team!!!
Braviary if it has a sub or Bulk Up
Rhyperior behind a Sub
Slowking can lure it sometimes
Jolteon, Virizion, and Houndoom (if you want to risk a speed tie.
Drapion isn't an autolose but requires a bit of effort to wear down
