ORAS OU RMT - Balance Mega Gardevoir

This is my first post here, so I hope to do things correctly. Btw english isn't my language so forgive me if I'll make some mistakes while writing this post :/

Anyway, here's a preview of my team

First of all, I'm not really that good. This team peaked around 1500 in the ladder and I wasn't able to reach 1600 or above with none of my previous teams.
I wanted to create a team based around Mega-Gardevoir, mainly because the shiny version is one of my favourite pokemons while also being quite dangerous.
So, let's go with an in-depth description of the team...

gardevoir-mega.gif

Gardevoir @ Gardevoirite
Ability: Synchronize
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Hyper Voice
- Psyshock
- Taunt
- Focus Blast

She is the star of my team. Other than being one of the most beautiful pokemons ever, she has a tremendous Sp.Atk. She is a beast against slow teams, and very few pokemons can take two of her hits.
Hyper Voice and Psyshock are STABs, Taunt is here to prevent status moves and Focus Blast is for coverage.
I'm not that sure about Taunt and Focus Blast. Sometimes I tought about switching one of these moves for Hp Fire/Ground or something, mainly because Focus Blast often misses and I lost some games because of that.

bisharp.gif

Bisharp @ Lum Berry
Ability: Defiant
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Pursuit
- Knock Off
- Sucker Punch
- Iron Head

He is a great pokemon. His role is to pursuit trap psychic and ghost types, which can hurt Gardevoir, kill fairies and spam Knock Off. Also, he has a cool priority move and can help me against some defoggers thanks to Defiant. Lum Berry is here to prevent burn.
He also has a good sinergy with Gardevoir because she is able to take care of many fighting pokemons that would instantly kill Bisharp.

landorus-therian.gif

Landorus-Therian @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 248 HP / 240 Def / 8 SpD / 8 Spe
Impish Nature
- Earthquake
- U-turn
- Stealth Rock
- Rock Slide

He is one of the most used pokemon in OU for a reason. Landorus can be used in many ways and has a good ability that, paired with his great defence, allows him to take many phisical hits. I need him because he can counter Talonflame and Pinsir and can set up rocks. Also, Earthquake hits very hard even without EVs investment in attack.

ferrothorn.gif

Ferrothorn @ Leftovers
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 88 Def / 168 SpD
Sassy Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Leech Seed
- Spikes
- Thunder Wave
- Gyro Ball

I always really liked ferrothorn. I need him beacuse I wanted something that could take many special attacks. Also, one of the first ideas for the team was to have more than one pokemon that can use Thunder Wave beacuse that really helps Gardevoir and Bisharp, which aren't that fast.
Spikes is here because Landorus has Stealth Rock and I chose Leftovers over Rocky Helmet because I want Ferrothorn to last longer, but I can switch the two items.

latias.gif

Latias @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 72 HP / 184 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Defog
- Psyshock
- Draco Meteor
- Healing Wish

Latias is here for Defog. I chose her over Latios because I love Healing Wish, but sometimes I tought about switching the two because I really Like Latios with Earthquake.

keldeo-resolute.gif

Keldeo-Resolute @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Justified
EVs: 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Scald
- Hydro Pump
- Secret Sword
- Icy Wind

While I was finishing the team, I noticed that I was quite slow, so I needed a Revenge-Killer. Keldeo was my choice, because he wanted some water-type attacks against bulky rock-earth pokemons.
Scald and Hydro Pump are water-type STABs, Secret Sword allows me to hit pokemons with high special defence and Icy Wind is for coverage.

So, that is my team. Forgive me again if my english is bad, I did my best. You can change basically anything you want.
Thanks in advance

Pretty Straightforward Mega Gardevoir team, digging it honestly. It can be optimized on a lot of aspects so let me try to give you a hand at that.

I notice that stuff like Mega Scizor are pretty annoying since you rely on scald burns from scarf keldeo and that honestly isnt the best check. Running Will-O-Wisp over Taunt on Mega Gardevoir would make Scizor less of a nuisance since a burnt scizor is a lot easier to deal with and can be easily overwhelmed with the rest of your partners given the chance. Also, run 16 HP / 8 Def / 232 SpA / 252 Speed on Mega Gardevoir since this will allow you to always live 2 psyshocks from LO latios which can be crucial given the opportunity. Personally I prefer Modest Mega Gardevoir for the extra power but thats a matter of preference, Timid is fine here.

Next, I dont see a reason to run Pursuit Bisharp here. Pursuit Bisharp is kind on a terrible position on todays metagame and it is pretty lacking and a waste of Bisharp´s potential. Id run Swords Dance over Pursuit on that Bisharp. This really appreciates spikes support, and if the opponent decides to Defog facing a potential +4 Bisharp is... basically game. Plus this will give you a win condition that your team was initially lacking. Spike Stacking teams definitely need a Win Condition of some sort.

Rocky Helmet over Leftovers on Landorus-Therian is preferred these days. The extra chip damage really helps in dealing with the plethora of physical threats Landorus can handle through chip damage and put them in range of Bisharp powerful priority on the late-game. Also, Id recommend running an spread of 248 hp / 172 def / 88 speed Impish Nature in order to outspeed opposing Adamant Bisharps which can be rather annoying and to relieve some pressure from Keldeo in dealing with it which can be really helpful in many matchups (think stuff like Mega Lopunny + Bisharp matchups).

Slight change on Ferrothorn but Relaxed Nature on it makes for a more optimal EV distribution since you are already investing a ton of spdef to compensate for that anyways. Set works well here.

I see no reason to run Defog Latias (or Defog in general) on these type of teams cause the idea is to keep your hazards in order to apply pressure to the opponent, not just reset your hazards and be on a disadvantage during the mid-game. Id change Latias for Latios. I think a Choice Specs set on Latios can work here as well. Choice Specs Latios is a great set nowadays to apply pressure to fat builds thanks to outstanding power and the utility of Trick which can work wonders against common switch-ins like Chansey and Skarmory, which also helps Mega Gardevoir in pressuring them some more.

Last, and a really minor change, Hidden Power Ice over Icy Wind so that small missing chance doesnt screw you over and the speed decrease wont make much difference when you are already hella fast anyways. And to avoid madmen that switch Bisharp on the Icy Wind :V

Bisharp @ Lum Berry
Ability: Defiant
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Knock Off
- Iron Head
- Sucker Punch

Keldeo @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Justified
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 30 Def
- Scald
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Secret Sword
- Hydro Pump

Latios @ Choice Specs
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Surf
- Psyshock
- Trick
- Draco Meteor
Hope this helps you. Good luck!

Thanks for your suggestions! I will try my new team and see how it goes.
I have only one question: if I run a modest nature on Gardevoir, which dangerous pokemons that didn't outspeed me before will be able to do so?

Latias is already superweak and without Life Orb you do no damage. I really recommend you to stick to the standard Latiasset.

Secondly Scarf Keldeo is also super weak but sometimes a necessary evil on some teams. I consider Specs Keldeo to be better considering you have Pursuitsupport to trap its switchins and Mega Gardevoir to kill its switchins that cannot be trapped.
I really recommend Specs.

To alleviate the lack of speed you can make Lando-T scarf and Ferro your Stealth Rocker. Your current team has Stealth Rock, Spikes and Defog as the removal? Not my cup of tea, so Ill change that, too.

Since your team is based around Mega Gardevoir you should also try to identify things you cannot kill or things that will stop Mega Gardevoir from doing its job. I realized that Mega Metagross EASILY 6-0s your team if played well.
Physdef RH Tang is a solid switch in to physical attackers that Mega Gardevoir is weak to you. Also compared to LandoT, Phydef Tang has Regen which will help continue walling huge threats like Excadrill, Mega Lopunny, Mega Metagross.

Also AV Bisharp is better since you really appreciate the trapping aspect.

Only Jolly Excadrill outside of Sand comes to mind in terms of relevant benchmarks.
