...prepare for trouble?

It got confirmed that the following Pokémon will NOT have an Alolan form (Or at least that's what I have read)

2 things I want to point out:

1.- All the "unconfirmed Pokémon" are gen 1 Pokémon (except for Crobat, which is an evo of a gen 1 mon), which implies that Alolan forms are (for the most part) exclusive to gen 1 Pokémon
2.- Arcanine is confirmed to not have an Alola form... which contradicts that chinese leak... I don't what to believe now

Also... does someone knows what is the black simbol that appears right next to the Pokémon type?

Chinese leaks did not mention anything about Alolan forms.
People are confusing Chinese leaks with 4chan Beware leak because they were on the same page on PokeJungle.net

Legitimately wondering how it's the Chinese who managed to get the leaks correct in both XY and Sun and Moon. Is there a key development portion in China or some translator stuff? Doesn't make much sense to me.

Where is this from? And is it literally saying "these will not have new forms"? That seems the worst information to give to your fans pre-release lol

I haven't heard of Chinese XY leaks.
I think Sun Moon Chinese leaks are due to the 3rd party Chinese translation team that do not work for Nintendo.

I don't think that means they definitely don't have Alola forms. If Dragonite doesn't get a buff, I'm really interested in Gamefreak's reasoning. It's like they insist on Salamence having to be better. Anyway, some scenes that I liked~

I like the japanese trailers better since they are really showing off the setting and world a lot more. Wish the english ones did this

I just noticed something, during the Z-Moves part the Captains were making the motions to use their type specialty's Z-Move. This makes me wonder:

1. Can other trainers use Z-Moves? If so will it only be certain boss characters like they did with Mega Evolution?
2. Are you maybe unable to use certain Z-Moves until you're taught the dance? This maybe could mean a Captain for all 18 types, though then what about special Z-Moves?

And I can already foresee the dozens of "sexy tanned Oak's cousin" images being drawn now... and some of them are probably also with Kukui. BTW Oak's cousin's name is Nariya, though this might be changes do who knows.

18 Trial Captains...that seems like to much really. I don't want to have to visit 18 Trial areas and do all their puzzles etc.

This trailer looks amazing, like, I love this trailer. This should be the new trailer standard, not the typical ones we usually get. The music is amazing and I love the scenes with Solgaleo and Lunaala. It's. So. Amazing.

The most interesting thing about Professer Burnet's reveal is that she's a scientist that specializes in Pokemon from different dimensions. Not only that, I think its the first time a spinoff app character got pulled into the actual canon games! Another tradition shattered in this gen!
Crazy, I'd almost forgotten about her. I wonder if she'll have anything to do with the ultra beasts.

Think we have a chance of getting an Alolan Far'fetched? While fearow has always been my fav gen 1 bird(even have a shiney with adamant I caught in fire red), Far'fetched has always been a soft spot. I think he deserves a alolan form, maybe making him Steel/flying samurai bird? A offensive alternitive to our other steel bird.

Those japanese trailers are awesome. I love the new environments.

The Meowth have his Alolan form. Why do they show us a Meowth-A with a normal Hypno if there is a Hypno-A?
The same reason why we've seen both Kantonian and Alolan Meowth in Alola (You can clearly see a regular meowth inside your house in one of the early videos). Just because a pokemon has an alolan form it doesn't nescessarily mean that that's the only form we'll be able to find that pokemon in. For what is worth, Alolan-Hypno is still as likely as Alolan-Blissey.

The Alolan Meowth in your house is the exception that proves the rule (I hate that expression). It's a Meowth that was specifically brought from another region when your family moved, and I'm sure the idea is to teach the player about regional variants. I think it's really unlikely that you'll be able to find and catch non-Alolan Pokémon in Alola before the post-game. And I think it's also really unlikely that they'd be showing the post-game in these trailers.

Which one? I do not remember to see him and now I am curious. But as LastFootnote said, maybe this Meowth has been imported from another region. This Hypno seems to belong to the female Aether employee. This is only hypothetical, but if there is a Hypno-A, I think she would have a Hypno-A to present to the player the new form.
