NOC a nice basic game of actual mafia - game over - won by the Mafia

Although I think the peeks is a good idea, I believe it will fuck around village more because I feel Smogon Mafia members are a bit inexperienced including myself. We also won't be as good to tell the truths and the lies. Let's say I say DLE is cleared, then I get killed at night, The seer clear wouldn't really work because what if DLE is "Seer Hunt Cleared" but was actually Mafia. Also we only have 2 Inspection roles that in total can only find 3/4 of Mafia ( Arsonist, Wolf, Saboteur). There is a possibility of one of the inspection roles to inspect the uninspectable one aka Mastermind meaning no one can actually be "clear".

I wanted to see if anyone else would say something about it. I think Da Letter El did, I'll have to look back. Nobody has said anything to tip me off I suppose, and plus he has yet to say anything about it so yeah. But the vote is very subject to change, I'll invote if need be.

I'm still a bit confused because, You could've voted earlier on without having it be a definite vote which you are doing now. But now you voted Jalmont even though you're not really giving other reasons to vote Jalmont except the "Jalmont said he won't post" WHICH you could've done that earlier on.
 
I was somewhat expecting an abrasive King this game. From what I can tell he has a similar thought process to me so far with a more upfront approach

I don't know Whydon well and am shaky between caught scum and noob townie. I dislike his wishywashy behavior, I don't want to be deciding his vote for him.

Whydon how do you feel about SomewhatOddish's playstyle, how would you equate it to your own? What, to you, makes for good town play D1? Do you feel King is too trigger happy or do you feel it's good of him to apply pressure?
 
His playstyle is fine, I guess. I haven't played in any other games with him so I wouldn't know if that's how he would normally play or not. I guess we could be playing kinda similar? But at the same time, Jalmont's post was kinda sketchy and I wanted to vote for him but wanted to see if someone else would...I agree that me doing that was pretty dumb since it just makes me look shady from the start. I guess a good town play is just to see how people react to being voted since that can help determine how they'll play later in the game. I appreciate the pressure that King is applying right now, better for me to get called out on that vote now than later in the game.
 
I'd say active, but currently lurking. If King_ and you are truly village (which I think you are) then they probably don't want to get confronted by either of you.
 
My vote for now is going to be on Shubaka because I think that if he was by himself (not in a group) he would be posting a lot more and try to convince village that he is not being Mafia and try to act town.

Honestly just because you said you're going to idle day 1, doesn't make idling any less suspicious that and your only three posts being, one a post announcing idleness, two a shitpost, and three a post making a vote with no reasoning (presumably near deadline) makes it hard to not suspect you. You'll need to give a proper explanation to all your actions. Will read rest of thread later

and I can see where you're coming from on that, but when I don't really need to prove my village-ness why make an effort? also what's up with hella pressure on Whydon? I missed the beginning of it, and now it just looks forced
