Alright, say I want to SR for Latios. The first time I meet up with him, lets say he has a bunch of 0's. If I reset again (I save before the first time I see him) will the IV's still be the same? Or do the IV's change if you SR on your first meeting with him?
I don't know when they are decided, but I do know that all of the runners in the GBA games have 4 0's all the time.
Any thoughts on where to level up Rayquaza with minimal EV gains in ADV?
I think that glitch is only in Fire Red and Leaf Green, not in Emerald.

iirc, latios and latias' IVs are decided upon talking to your mom about the tv in the game (the part when she says what color was the pokemon). Of course, i would wait for my answers just in case.
I hope its not because I already saved after talking to my mom....anyone else know about this?
I guess nobody knows the answer the the question that if I get Nincada to lvl20 to produce a Shedinja, will the EVs be passed on to the Shedinja?
It probably should becuse its part of its own Evolution.

Now I'm going to have to beat Emerald again (after I catch all the legendaries I didn't catch yet)...this is going to be a royal pain in the ass....
You could always skip the latis.

I guess it won't hurt to do Emerald again, I'll have another shot at getting better legendaries (although mine are pretty decent already).
