They're talking about Pyukumuku, I think. It doesn't get anything beyond Pain Split, Counter, and Bide.

Noctowl has Base 86 Sp. Attack and it learns Moonblast.

And Ariados gets Swords Dance and a new move called Toxic Thread.

Splash, Teleport, Cosmic Power. THAT IS ALL. They are literally just Psychic cocoons waiting for their evolution to happen (level 53). Cosmoem weighs 999.9 kg because it is probably supposed to have the mass of a black hole.

Freeze Shock Z-move has 200 base power and presumably 100% accuracy though, which along with partially busting through Protect (a net total of 75BP after STAB coming off 170 base attack is still gonna hurt) might make Cube more relevant.

Kartana has to be the most scary looking mon of all. 181 attack, 109 speed. Grass/Steel while normally appearing garbage offensive typing, this thing gets Sacred Sword so it doesn't just get walled hard by Steel hypes. It also has access to Swords Dances, and it's defence isn't bad either, so combined with its great defensive typing it should get plenty of opportunities to set up. Beast Boost sounds scary too, it sounds like it gets +1 attack every time it knocks out a mon.

Also, Dunsparce gets Air Slash and Dragon Rush as it continues its journey to learn every flinching move ever.

Sneasel gets Throat Chop through breeding, which in conjunction with Fake Out makes Weavile all the more dangerous in VGC.

On a minor change, Diamond Storm may now sharply raise Defense, instead of only +1.

Also, Dragon Dance Flygon is glorious. Now it has something over Garchomp.

Mega Alakazam got +10 Special Defense. Finally its 100 BST increase happened.
