So far they are unobtainable PhD has accessed the sun/moon universe through having your cover legend at sunne/moone alter and he has not found HA pokes
Rockruff evolves midday and comsmoem into solgaleo in sun universe
And midnight/lunala for moon universe

im guessing its just one of those weirdo events that makes you go "what"
you know, like the singing girl in BW2, the ghost girls in XY & ORAS, the guy who dies in XY, mr bonding's entire thing, the entire mauville plotline

I'm not so sure of that, I think it's actually an event related to Marshadow. The "burning eyes" are a dead giveaway.

no reason it cant also give hidden abilities

That would be the hope, but there sadly isn't any proof of that yet. Also, i doesn't help us get HA Starters, which I very much want.

Where did you get the information about UB-04 being exclusive? I see nothing on the Twitter you referenced - there's a tweet about UBs being exclusive but that is likely regarding Buzzswole and Pheromosa, not UB-04.

Ub-04 Is encountered in the same areas according to the story files and they share a number
 
Is it true that we don't get Passersby anymore in the PSS? If so, that's greatly disappointing. It was a very convenient/cool way to battle and trade with random people.

Something I just realized.

Zinnia destroying the Link Cable was completely pointless because the alternate world she was trying to save was either already destroyed or going to be destroyed by the UBs. Hell the meteor might have been a mercy killing or possibly even destroyed the UBs.

And I thought I couldn't hate her more. Literally everything she did was a waste of our time and completely unhelpful.

i will go out on a limb and assume there are many multiple worlds and not one singular alternate timeline

e: By which I mean there explicitly are. It's literally a thing you can do here, even! Just wander over into an alternate world and do your thing

Nope, Version Exclusive Evos are still Version Exclusive. Going to the other universe will not change their Evolution. (Source)

Therefore, the Lycanroc Forms, Solgaleo, and Lunaala are still Version Exclusives, as are the UB-02's and UB-04's.

Everything in this game has long cutscenes , soft resetting your starter will be a nightmare since there are 3-5 dead minutes before selecting your starter .
