Pokemon: The New First Gen (Submissions for new Pokemon Over, Except costumes)

Are there rules re: retooling of old Pokémon using newly-introduced moves/giving Hidden Abilities to Pokémon who lacked them, etc.? (Basically wondering if I can get away with adding Draining Kiss, Short Work, and Shimmer Strike to Diancie along with a cool Hidden Ability without using a costume to justify it, and wondering if I can get away with adding a few moves + that same Hidden Ability to Manaphy. They're royals and their movesets don't look the part, so I wanna fix that.)
I would not be opposed to forming a Harmonian Pokedex, And giving some modifications to some Pokemon in it, If that's What your asking.

Flawer
Moves used by this pokemon that reduce stats have an additional stage added to them.

Kriptonian
Sharply raise attack and SpAtk under Harsh sunlight.

Prepared
Every buff moves boosts 1.25x rate. Redutions works 0.75x at rate.

Sculptable
Instead of being hit by Super Effective moves, it boosts it reduces it greatly reduces Defense and Increases its Speed and Attack

Harmonian Kecleon

Type: Ghost/Normal

Abilities: Iron Barbs / Fur Coat / Steelworker

Appearance: Due to testing, Kecleon's entire body is a blue-grey colour. The yellow markings on its face are silver, and the zigzag is not present. It can no longer change colour, though this is not needed in its new abilities. The short fur on the Harmonian Kecleon's body is surprisingly sharp and heavy, and is often used by Kecleon to defend itself.

Harmonian Kecleon is a lot heavier than Kecleon, weighing at least twenty times more than the Hoenn variant. (445.0 kg compared to 22.0 kg)

This is an awesome Pokemon, and probably a scary one to come across too.
Definitely going to add it to the document.

May I sign up for an Elite? Flying is my choice:

When beaten, the Elite here gives you TM 103 unlike most elites, his signature move: Plummet

Type: Flying (Physical)
Power: 250
PP: 5
Accuracy: 90
Effect: When hitting an enemy successfully, strike with self-fainting force. If you miss, are blocked or an immunity/absorb ability comes to block you, you will not faint yourself. Also only hits one target.

In short: better typed, less risky but less accurate and less doubles viable.

This makes me wonder: will there be new TMs? Will we pull a Gen 4 where the last Gen's TMs are untouched but we add a bunch of new ones?

I'm thinking so, and a few readditions, such as dig and Hone Claws could do well.

So here's a TM List I've got so far.

TM 101: Accelerock
TM 102: Acid Rain
TM 103: Plummet
TM 104: Moonblast
TM 105: Rinse Cycle (Special Water version of Rapid Spin)
TM 106: Brambles (Grass type Stealth Rocks, can seed targets in sunlight. Can't have two 'type' hazards on at once.)
TM 107: Dragon Pulse
TM 108: Topsy-Turvy
TM 109: Coil
TM 110: Scrub Down (Water type Roost, removes Water, steel or poison typings for the turn, leaving the Pokemon typeless, potentially)

I think maybe 125-150 would be good? Not sure though.

I'll say this: Brambles is a great way to give the likes of Articuno and other Fire types a better lease on life. Want to do a sun team or Hail team? Have at it! Brambles is very forgiving to the fact that ice, grass and fire types aren't weak to it! Torkoal can be an efficient spinner now.

Oh and here's a short list of new Tutor abilities for old mons.

Piplup Line: Lightningrod (made better by its new access to Scrub Down)
Bulbasaur: Corrosion (goes great with Leech seeds also being able to seed grass types as a new feature.)
Machop Line: Flex (Attack version of Speed Boost)
Mudkip Line: Filmy Coat (Increases defenses during acid rain and prevents the weather damage)
Flareon: Fluffy (Not actually Tutor. Remember, Eevee has two abilities)
Jolteon: Spike Shed (unleashes a layer of spikes when switched into combat. Again, not really tutored.)

I'm cool with the you being an elite 4 member, but Ability Tutor? What?

For the Harmonian Pokedex, we will need to add certain Pokémon that have corresponding flavor with our submitted Pokémon. The only I can think of right now are Murkrow and Honchkrow, which I included in Scarit's flavor

Harmo Slaking (Vigoroth and Slakoth are regular)
Type 1: Normal
Type 2: Steel
Ability 1: Truant
Ability 2: N/A
Hidden Ability: N/A
HP 150, Atk 170, Def 100, Spa 75, Spd 85, Spe 90

In Harmo, Slaking are often found battling each other in the caves of mountains. In order to climb mountains, their claws had to strengthen and harden to allow them to dig them into the solid rock. Over time, they became pure steel. After climbing mountains, they must rest, because of the added weight from their claws.

Moveset is similar. will add it when I get onto a PC.

I've been watching this thread for a while now, but needed the time to come up with a few Fakemon ideas. I've made sprites for them and everything.

Monstratus

Name Justification: Monsoon and Stratus (as in the kind of cloud)
Type 1: Electric

Level 34: Air Slash
Level 37: Hydro Pump
Level 42: Hurricane
Level 48: Thunder
Egg Moves: Thunder Fang, Wing Attack, Dragonbreath, Dragon Rage, Whirlwind, Nasty Plot
TMs: Dragon Claw, Calm Mind, Roar, Toxic, HP, Taunt, Protect, Roost, Safeguard, Frustration, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Shadow Ball, Double Team, Aerial Ace, Facade, Rest, Attract, Theif, Round, Echoed Voice, Steel Wing, Scald, Charge Beam, Sky Drop, Acrobatics, Flash, Thunder Wave, Dragon Tail, Psych Up, Swagger, Grass Knot, Substitute, Wild Charge, Dazzling Gleam, Confide, Fly, Surf.
Concept/general Design: Based on a stormcloud mixed with a dragon. The yellow stuff is electricity.
Other Notes/Competitive Use: This thing doesn't get Volt Switch or U-Turn because I didn't want it to be able to use Drizzle. Drizzle's there because it's a cloud.

Anyways, this is mostly meant to be a sweeper that utilized Speed Boost and Nasty Plot, but has little defenses. It could run Nasty Plot/Thunderbolt/Hurricane/Surf. If it does this, though, it needs hazards off the feild and needs to somehow get a free switch

New Move: Star Burst. Psychic type, 80 BP, 100 Acc, 16 Max Pp, Special Attack. Has a 30% chance to burn.
Concept/general Design: It's an asteroid with a debris ring floating around it.
Other Notes/Competitive Use: This could be run as a bulky specs with Star Burst/Power Gem/Thunderbolt/Shadow Ball, a WishPasser, or a Calm Mind/Cosmic Power set with Star Burst/Recover/Power Gem. Just keep it away from all Physical attackers thet aren't burned.

Hyquid
View attachment 74749
Name Justification: Hybrid and Liquid
Type 1: Bug
Type 2: Water
Ability 1: Quick Feet
Ability 2: Swift Swim
Hidden Ability: Adaptability
96, 88, 63, 78, 81, 120
Moves:
Level 1: Water Gun
Level 1: String Shot
Level 2: Growl
Level 3: Struggle Bug
Level 5: Pin Missile
Level 8: Fury Cutter
Level 13: Water Gun
Level 21: Bubblebeam
Level 34: X-Scissor
Level 55: Swords Dance
Level 89: Waterfall
Egg Moves: Ice Punch, Sticky Web, Acid Armor
TMs: Hone Claws, Dragon Claw, Toxic, Venoshock, Hidden Power, Ice Beam, Blizzard, Protect, Rain Dance, Earthquake, Return, Brick Break, Double Team, Sludge Wave, Sludge Bomb, Aerial Ace, Facade, Rest, Attract, Theif, Round, Echoed Voice, Scald, Shadow Claw, Swords Dance, Struggle Bug, X-Scissor, Infestation, Poison Jab, Swagger, Sleep Talk, Secret Power, Confide, Cut, Surf, Waterfall, Dive
Concept/general Design: Based on a chimera sort of, but it has the aspects of an ant (antennae), shark (fin), axolotl (legs), and mantis (hands).
Other Notes/Competitive Use: It's supposed to be a fast Adaptability sweeper with Swords Dance sweeper with Earthquake, Waterfall and X-Scissor or Ice Punch.

Grievenge
View attachment 74750
Name Justification: Grief and Revenge.
Type 1: Ghost
Type 2: None
Ability 1: Death's Call
Ability 2: Death's Call
Hidden Ability: Death's Call
New Ability: Death's Call. Neither Pokemon on the feild can switch. It also ignores the effects of Trick Room if it's active.
15, 200, 10, 15, 10, 50
Moves:
Level 1: Soul Slash
TMs: Brick Break, Shadow Claw, and the TMs everything else gets.
Concept/general Design: This is based on the grim reaper and a torn up cloth.
New Move: Soul Slash. Ghost type, 200 BP, Perfect Accuracy, 1 PP, +2 Priority. Goes through ability, items, substitute, screens/aurora veil, and stat boosts, but not protect.
Other Notes/Competitive Use: This is meant to be a Pokemon for trading kills. You get one shot that probably instakills an opponent doesn't protect and fails if they do. If it works, they die andsomething If they Protect but your opponent is somehow slower than you, you'll get to kill anyways, but something will come in to revenge kill.

If this is too broken, I'll change it.

I spent an hour typing this. If anything looks weird about my sprites or if I messed up anything, let me know and I'll change it.
I Don't Think I ever Actuallyt acknowledged this Post and It's Awesome Art. Anyways, Nerf Greievenge's move to 150-175 Base Power, Or Smeargle will have WAY too much fun.

Well then, not sure how I didn't notice a thread like this exists, but here it is.
Throwing some ideas in:

Name: Regalet ([Regalecus] + [net])

Level 38: Twister
Level 43: Agility
Level 49: Backstroke

Hydro Pump
Constrict

Aqua Ring
Dragon Rush

Name: Gleseine (Regalecus [Glesne] + [seine] fishing)
Typing: Water/Dragon
Ability: Snare Net (Traps opponents when hit by a contact move)/Tangling Hair/Water Veil (Hidden)
Egg Group: Water 2/Dragon

Stats:
- HP: 85
- Atk: 65
- Def: 80
- SpA: 90
- SpD: 75
- Speed: 70
Total: 465

Moves:
Start: Wring Out
Start: Water Gun
Start: Splash
Start: Aqua Jet
Start: Mist
Level 5: Aqua Jet
Level 8: Mist
Level 11: Coil
Level 14: Brine

Level 57: Outrage

Concept: A whole evo line of oarfish with fins that act like dragnets, trapping things that collide with it. Oftenly in combat, they would tangle preys in their fin-net, then coil around and devour their meal.

Competive Concept: Alright, this is about as low of a BST as I can take. Gah.
The idea here is to switch it into a resisted/weaker physical move, and promptly trap something that it can take on with (relative) ease. Or, if you like that, Perish Song. While it has no reliable recovery other than Wish, and mediocre bulk, Perishtrapping is devastating enough that as long as you can keep it healthy enough the oarfish can elimilate certain threats to a team. Other than that, you can also set up with Calm Mind and attempt something that resemble a sweep, I guess.
Outside of that, its stats are pretty bad as expected from a mon with 465 BST. A Specs set might be okay, but the 90 SpA...

Not sure what the TM and Tutor listing is around here so I can't quite fill in the slots yet, but here are the moves that it'd likely get from that:
Thunder
Thunderbolt
Ice Beam
Calm Mind
Draco Meteor
Hyper Voice
Uproar
Round
Echoed Voice
Entrainment
Dive
Surf
Waterfall
Psychic
Thunder Wave
U-Turn
Dazzling Gleam
Light Screen

It's unique, but I'm not a massive fan of it... 3 abilities is enough on most pokemon already
Not every (non-joke or gimmick) pokemon is viable yet. I'm gonna try and make that true somehow. If not by giving them up to 2 abilities for the trainer to potentially choose from then I dunno.
