you can find it in the Art room. it's called Art2D2. sometimes it dies, but it should almost always be there

\dd: Draw a \randpoke- but with its most visible/important characteristic replaced with another randpoke's.

\randpoke'd Poliwrath and Eelektross so I tried to create some nightmare fuel. It's pose is weird though.

basically when the first togepi came to Alola it's trainer neglected it. It stored hate and malice in its shell instead of happiness. Because it's shell represents a grudge it never let it go of, it's shell rotted with age and grew twisted and black. However this gave it greater defence at the cost of speed.

Roll a /randpoke, then discard it and proceed to draw a Skiploom. It can be doing anything. You can draw many Skiploom. Maybe it's seethingly furious, or maybe it's a bunch of them fusing into the dark lord ℑǼΩḠ. But whatever you draw, it must be Skiploom or else
