This is my new BH team, I'm still working out the kinks. Please give advice on my movesets.

Minior @ Weakness Policy
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Def / 252 SpA / 252 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Dragon Ascent
- Diamond Storm
- Sunsteel Strike
I use minior as my lead and hazard setter. Minior in its base form is a frailer and has better offensive stats than in its meteor form. I used this to my advantage by using a weakness policy, sturdy combination to set up for a sweep. I use minior over deoxys-a, etc. because it has more weaknesses. This set is weak to mold breaker but can handle imposter chansey, sturdy shedinja, and refrigerate kyurem-b. Comment if I should replace minior with aerodactyl.

Regigigas @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Def / 252 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Facade
- Fake Out
- Dragon Ascent
- Thousand Arrows
Regigigas can handle threats such as tapu koko and has the power to KO many grass types. Fake out gets a free hit off on anything that's not a ghost type, façade is regigigas's main STAB move dealing a lot of damage due to poison, dragon ascent covers fighting types that may be problematic and thousand arrows is reliable coverage.

Blaziken-Mega @ Life Orb
Ability: Illusion
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Def / 252 SpA / 252 SpD / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Secret Sword
- Sacred Fire
- U-turn
- Icicle Crash
Blaziken is used to play mind games on my opponent since it is usually disguised as latias or kyurem-w. Since you can give a pokemon any move in Balanced Hackmons, blaziken will be very unexpected. Secret sword and sacred fire are reliable STAB moves especially with sacred fire's burn rate. U-turn is used to switch away from problematic threats and icicle crash handles ground and flying types that can potentially harm blaziken.

Deoxys-Attack @ Focus Sash
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Def / 252 SpA / 252 SpD / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature
- Psystrike
- Moongeist Beam
- Bolt Strike
- Diamond Storm
Deoxys is a fearsome mixed attacker that can OHKO mega charizard y, mega charizrd x, gengar, and shedinja. Moongeist beam is to handle opposing ghost types such as shedinja. Psystrike is a good STAB move because of its power and reliable accuracy. Bolt strike and Diamond storm handle anything that psystrike doesn't hit neutrally with immense power.

Latias-Mega @ Soul Dew
Ability: Contrary
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 252 SpA / 252 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Draco Meteor
- Psycho Boost
- Overheat
- Secret Sword
Latias can accumulate power over the course of a battle due to draco meteor, psycho boost, and overheat with contrary. I used latias over latios because of the slight difference in their bulk. Draco meteor and Psycho boost are the STAB moves with the most possible power and raise special attack because of contrary. Psycho boost and draco meteor can deal tons of damage with a special attack boost and soul dew. Secret sword is used as coverage for ice types and dark types that can OHKO latias with their STAB moves.

Kyurem-White @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Refrigerate
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 252 SpA / 252 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Boomburst
- Spacial Rend
- Volt Switch
- Secret Sword

Kyurem can work as a potent revenge killer and can dish out heavy damage with refrigerate boomburst. Spacial rend is a powerful stab move that can KO a lot of pokemon. Volt switch is used to gain momentum and to pivot away from problematic threats. Secret sword is for rock coverage and can take down regigigas.

This is a really cool first BH Team! I'll try my best to provide some useful advice. First, I'd say you really don't need Minior. It's pretty slow and its attacking stats aren't great. If you're really set on that weakness policy sturdy set, greninja-a might be a great option. It has just as many weaknesses but is a much better sweeper and is immune to prankster, which really hurts your team. Also, since this set relies so heavily on sturdy, consider a hazard remover. Second, you might consider a faster pokemon to act as a revenge killer, because even with the scarf some big threats still outspeed Kyurem-W. Third, I'm not sure Blaziken is the best illusion Pokemon. If it's going to be disguised as Kyurem and Latias alot like you said, you might consider Mega Diancie or Magearna for an immunity to Dragon moves aimed at your Pokemon and a resistance to a couple other types of moves they may be targeted with (dark, and fairy for Magearna). I think Deoxys probably oughta run a different set, like Dazzling Shell Smash, because right now priority, namely Refrigerate Extreme Speed and Prankster, really hurts your team. This if definitely a great start to a team, but as it stands, all your moves except Stealth Rock are purely damaging moves, and this causes some big holes in your team, especially in how much trouble it has with priority, setup sweepers, and to a lesser extent Imposter. There are definitely some cool unique sets here though, and with some work, I think it could become a great team!

Thank you for the advice! I will definitely use it.

I have magearna in place of blaziken with an assault vest, ash greninja as minior, and deoxys with dazzling, focus sash, and shell smash. I am thinking of giving latias rapid spin.

Alright so I'll try to give my best advice on the flaws (and what you did right) with this team

Minior is bad. It just can't do anything to relevant threats like Primal Groudon, Rayquaza, Mega Mewtwo X/Y, really anything that can outspeed it, not to mention it's abysmal stats compared to such threats even at +2 which leads on to the next point. Weakness Policy is a cool gimmick but it's just that, a gimmick. It works once and most of the time not that well even when you get it to activate since it can't set it again after being cursed with a prankster haze from a Registeel or some other wall.

Regigigas is is good, maybe slap a setup move on it and spore/leech seed/some form of protect/some way of getting health back.

Illusion works best with a choice item if I'm going to be perfectly honest, life orb whittles away at its health making it easier to tell the difference from the real one and the fake as time goes on, more so than it would normally. A choice item would also give it a better damage output so you're more likely to get the kill when they don't suspect it.

Deoxys-A is strong, don't get me wrong, but his strength no longer covers for his crippling frailty. Since there is no EV Limit anymore Deoxys-A has taken a huge hit in viability since his lure of being such a potent mixed attacker that could attack on a wall's weaker stat has been heavily nerfed because of it. Ignoring the constant U-turn and Volt-Switch spam can be quite difficult for our strange space alien too as likely just one of these hits will bring it down to its sash and if the other team has priority then it's all over. But once these checks and threats are gone it can certainly be a potent revenge killer, but that's not to say that there aren't others who can do the same without much of his dilema *cough cough* mewtwo *cough cough*

Latias is bad before and after soul dew got nerfed, at least use Latios, the bulk doesn't help. The Latis just aren't able to keep up anymore without the extreme boost they got from soul dew and are fairly slow compared to much larger threats like, again, Rayquaza, Mewtwo, Gengar, really anything faster which is quite common.

Lastly, we have Kyurem-W. He is good, he is strong, and he is an underrated threat. I personally prefer specs on mine since it does around 40% to Registeel with Boomburst and that's with a timid nature. As for the moves he has, Spacial Rend is an inferior Core Enforcer and Clanging Scales, I'd run Clanging Scales as it will likely be used as a revenge kill move, or just get rid of the dragon STAB since Boomburst covers dragons anyways. Maybe go for something like Moongeist Beam to add more coverage for Shed, Gengar, Impostered Deoxys, etc.

Now the most important part, flaws in team design:
-The team automatically loses to setup after hazards are set or your sash and sturdy are broken.
-There is no defense. If they can switch in to any of your mons and threaten to kill it then majority of the time you are losing a mon.
-There are no setup or real wallbreakers. If they have a wall like Prankster Registeel then you're going to have a hard time getting rid of him as he U-turns out as you send in your Illusion pokemon (which really only works most of the time when it's pretending to be a harmless wall anyways and when you're swapping into some offensive mon they'll probably expect it has a coverage move anyways) and the you're back to wishing you had some form of defense.
-This team can't stop Primal Groudon. Primal Groudon is a MASSIVE threat in the current metagame, if Primal Groudon sets up it wins against your team as you have no way of removing its stats, living a hit, or threatening it. Primal Groudon is bulky enough to live a Shell Smashed Power Trip from a Mega Tyranitar, it 2hko's the almost the entire meta with its STABs and coverage when it has band and Stakeout/Tinted Lens/Mold Breaker/Desolate Land/Adaptability/Tough Claws and can even run special sets like -Ate Imposterproof Boomburst. This team as it stands, cannot beat a boosted Primal Groudon, or even a scarfed one for that matter, especially if the other team has decent defense
-There is no defense. I can not stress how important defense is in the metagame. You need it if you want the team to do good. If you want to run all these sets then make multiple teams where they work together to pick apart each other's weaknesses.
-Just get a Fur Coat Giratina and a bulky mon with Prankster Haze, maybe run Icinium Z to fully heal yourself in emergencies.
