Double Team is banned period from most metagames.
 
How does perish song work exactly?

If you switch out a pokemon that heard perish song, will it still have the death count if it comes in again?

No, switching removes the "death count". That's why Perish Trapping exists. Also the reason that it can be used as a sort of phazing. But switching is the ONLY way to get rid of the "death count".

Does the everstone no longer pass down the pokemon's nature 50% of the time while breeding? I've gotten about a 5% from using it, which would mean that is just me getting the right nature randomly.

It still works, but if the two Pokemon are from different language games it doesn't work, so for example, a Japanese Ditto wouldn't be much help for breeders.

I wonder if the foreign incompatibility extends to the Magikarp you get from the dude in-game?

I'm just using a beldum and ditto, no idea why it won't pass my nature down, what a pos.

edit: I'm using the AR fast egg hatching and breeding if that matters.
 
In Bulky waters, you forgot Gyarados (As in BulkyGyara set) and Swampert
And I don't think Lanturn is a bulky water O_o

If I took out Tri attack from the standard Porygon2 set, and gave it calm mind, whould it work?

Ok, so I restarted my game on Emerald, and I caught a Poochyena. Then I go to release it and I get this message:

"Poochyena was released.
.... .... .... .... !
Poochyena came back!
Was it worried about you?"

WTF does this mean, and how do I make Poochyena gtfo? ;]
