Other Metagames 1v1 Team - 1300 Elo but not done yet.

This is a 1v1 team I made following the sort of recent Tapu Koko ban. I used to have a Scarf Excadrill but I decided it was underpeforming far too much so I swapes it with Tapu Lele. Here is the team:
Im Basically Koko (Tapu Lele) @ Psychium Z
Ability: Psychic Surge
EVs: 136 HP / 252 SpA / 8 SpD / 112 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Psychic
- Dazzling Gleam
- Calm Mind
- Thunderbolt

Alive Cutlery (Kartana) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Beast Boost
Shiny: Yes
Happiness: max ( i did have frustation but i swapped it )
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Leaf Blade
- Night Slash
- Sacred Sword
- Smart Strike

My arms?! (Gyarados-Mega) @ Gyaradosite
Ability: Mold Breaker
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Waterfall
- Crunch
- Earthquake
- Dragon Dance
So, first up we have Tapu Lele. When I was picking this team I noticed I had a major weakness to Loppuny-Mega, so I got Tapu Lele. It can kill all sets ( that are viable in 1v1 ) and dosent need to use Z move, it can 1 shot most sets with Dazzling Gleam. I run Thunderbolt for a bit of coverage that normally 2OHKO's most without resistance to Thunderbolt. Its spe investments mean it can outspeed non scarf Magnezone, which can OHKO turn 1 if I wasnt spe invested, I would also get up my terrain after most other Tapu's that are more Offensive then Lele.

Gyarados-Mega is the main poke I built this team around. It is the standard DD Set. I feel like EQ helps it alot with dealing with things. It can live some Electric STAB and Nearly OHKO Mega Pinsir, ( gets around 97% with DD) But, depending on how I play and the set on Mega Pinsir, I may win the matchup. It deals the weaknesses to Kartana as a main weakness being (obviously) Fire. Crunch helps to round off the coverage and get a nice stab, though not as powerful as Waterfall. I did try Aqua Tail but I swapped it for Waterfall later, I feel like the Flinch is better the better chance for Crit, though, I'm not entirely conviced Waterfall is the best option.

Kartana is a Scarfed set. With main STAB in two typings it can deal with things like Swampert Mega and sometimes Electric Types, though and STAB Gigavolt Havoc will OHKO. Overall, I feel like the team fits, but I am not too sure on Kartana. I would like some suggestions and constructive critisim is always welcome by me.

Hey, I think I've seen that team on the ladder a bit recently. Anyway, I can immediately see a two problems with the team. First,
you don't have a proper Zygod check. With Mega-Gyarados only being a shaky check and with the right bulk, a zygod often tanks Lele's hits, Zygod can casually set up a coil or Ohko lele, and sweep the team. I suggest possibly changing Gyarados's moveset swapping EQ for ice fang/outrage.
Next, Altaria-Mega. For pretty obvious reasons, it plainly 3-0s the team, being able to tank lele's psychology skills, ohkoing back and casually cottoning up its defenses before kartana can kill and faster than Gyarados can boost it's attack. I don't know what to suggest for this, but now you have my feedback. Small nitpick, WHY THE HECK DOES LELE HAVE DAZZLING GLEAM RATHER THAN MOONBLAST!!

Things you definitely need to change:
Kartana Scarf->Grassium Z with Leaf Blade,Synthesis,Swords Dance and Substitute which will allow you to defeat Snorlax and Mega Metagross lacking Hammer Arm
Tapu Lele Dazzling Gleam-> Moonblast
Remove the 8 Spd from Lele and use it for bulk
Replace Thunderbolt with Taunt on Tapu Lele in order to defeat Jumpluff
Replace Crunch with Outrage/Ice Fang on Gyarados in order to defeat Dragonite
Overall,Magearna seems extremely problematic for this team,although you can play around it by using Taunt over Outrage when there are no Dragonite on the ladder.
You could use an alternative spread with 248 HP/252+ Def on Tapu Lele in order to defeat Thundurus Therian and Mega Pinsir
