Name: Scizor
Nerfed Stats: -10 Atk
New Ability:
Swarm [HA: Light Metal]
New Typing (If Any): Bug/Steel
New Moves (If Any):
Removed Moves:
Bullet Punch
Justification: WIP
Competitive Insight: Losing its defining ability and move would honest drop it down to the Netherlands in terms of viability, so we kept its useful movepool and didn't change its stats. Its arguably just a slightly better Scyther (which is PU), so its quite fine where it is.

Name: Pheromosa
Nerfed Stats: 71 HP / 89 Atk / 29 Def / 79 SpA / 29 SpD / 127 Spe
New Ability: Dancer
New Typing (If Any): Bug/Fighting
New Moves (If Any): N/A
Removed Moves: Ice Beam, Throat Chop, Quiver Dance
Justification: WIP
Competitive Insight:
Pheromosa is very fast. Unfortunately for Phero its the power, and bulk which is its weak point. While it can threaten offense handily, any semblance of a bulk team is gonna cause trouble for Phero, as it cannot break through anything by itself. Not to mention fairies and its old OU enemy Toxapex have returned to the foray, making it even harder for it to strive. Despite this, Phero's BLAZING fast speed tier and decent attack stat allow it to threaten most offense builds.

Name: Altaria-Mega

Name: Talonflame
Nerfed Stats: N/A
New Ability: Flame Body [HA: Gale Wings]
New Typing (If Any): Fire/Flying
New Moves (If Any): N/A
Removed Moves: Taunt, Swords Dance
Justification: WIP
Competitive Insight:
Talonflame can't boost its power, so it realistically only has a one time priority nuke. Other than that its very mediocre.

Losing both its defining ability and Steel typing would honest drop it down to the Netherlands in terms of viability, so we kept its useful movepool and didn't change its stats. Its arguably just a slightly better Scyther (which is PU), so its quite fine where it is.
I'm pretty Steel/Bug with no technician and the loss of bullet punch (or roost, but not both) would do better for its viability, pure bug + no eviolite boost + bad speed + no technician would most likely makes it a worse scyther.

You don't have to take my suggestion, but taking into account the power level of NU (which has Steelix, Incineroar, Diance, Slowbro, etc) a semi-bulky pure bug pivot doesn't seem amazing.

edit: also G-Luke what's the policy on Megas

Megas? Since this is a free for all, If the mon exists in NU (or is nerfed already) its mega is open season. Otherwise slates will probably be put in place specifically for nerfing megas

Name:agislash
Nerfed Stats:
(Shield) 60 / 60 (10+) / 115 (-35) / 60 (10+) / 115 (-35) / 80 (20+) ( 490 BST)
Removed Moves:shadow sneak, sacred Sword, break brick.
New Typing (If Any): Steel/Ghost
New Abilities (If Any): Stance Change
New Moves (If Any):---
Justification and compatitive insight:raising its speed makes it more likely to activate Stance Change before the opponent could attack so if the opponent servives it could attack agislash with it now weakend defences and knock it out, and its loss of sacred sword and beak brick removes its coverge agianst normal types.

Name: I think Greninja's been on a downward spiral mentally and now it's lost it completely.
Abilities: Torrent (Quick Feet)
Stats: 72 HP / 95 Atk / 67 Def / 101 SpA / 71 SpD / 122 Spe (-2 SpA) BST 528
Removed Moves:
Dark Pulse, Gunk Shot, Spikes, Toxic Spikes.
Competitive Insight: Greninja is pretty much nothing about Protean. Depriving it of its ability to set up hazards and a few coverage options demotes it to the status of fast LO Water-type. I mean, it does its new job relatively well, but on the other hand stuff like Kyogre and Palkia eat up whatever it throws at them, and Grass Knot is only 40 BP against Fini... yikes.

Edit: Sorry! Didn't realize Landorus-T had already been done, so I decided to do Heatran instead.

Name: Walking Furnace (Heatran)
Nerfed Stats: 91/80/76/115/76/69 (-10 Atk, -30 Def, -15 SpA, -30 Def, -8 Spe, -93 Total)
Removed Moves: Solar Beam, Taunt, Stealth Rock, Stone Edge
Ability: Flash Fire
Typing:

New Moves (If Any): N/A

Justification: Heatran is one of the best Pokémon in OU at the moment, due to its combination of bulk, incredible typing, power, and amazing ability. When making this nerf, I wanted to preserve Heatran's defining characteristic (A Steel-type that does well against Fire-types and is more specially based. Cutting into Heatran's bulk turns it from a great switch-in to many of OU's top threats into a Pokémon that has difficulty getting in. It's bulk is now lower than most of OU; some more offensive Pokémon even have more bulk than Heatran, such as Landorus-T, Keldeo, and Serperior. While Heatran is not frail, the amount of Pokémon it can defensively check and counter has dropped. Removing Stealth Rock and Taunt hurt Heatran's ability to play as a hazard setter and a stallbreaker. Removing Solar Beam and Stone Edge dent its coverage and makes it harder for Heatran to answer Water- and Flying-types. This is coupled with a 15 point drop in Special Attack makes it overall less powerful than most of OU's bulky attackers. Lastly, a just missing the base 70 Speed tier causes Heatran to be outsped by Mega Scizor, Tapu Bulu , and Mega Swampert in OU, as well as Decidueye, Hitmontop, and Garbodor in NU. While this is not a defining Speed tier in either tier, it does lessen Heatran's ability to hurt pokemon it would otherwise counter.

Competitive Insight: As previously mentioned, Heatran is meant to be a powerful special attacker that uses its fantastic typing and ability to switch into many threats. Magma Storm is still a fantastic move that heavily damages and traps threats, forcing opponents to play a deadly guessing game with Heatran. Heatran can act as a bulky pivot to pressure many teams, seeing as very few Pokémon have a way to deal with its reliable STAB and defensive typing. Earth Power allows Heatran to threaten a 2HKO or 3HKO on most NU Fire-types, such as Incineroar, Delphox, and Houndoom. This is even more potent with a Life Orb or Choice Specs set. It also has surprisingly good bulk for NU, allowing it to take down Sneasel and Diance. Finally, a Choice Scarf set outspeeds base 110s such as Dodrio. However, Heatran is destroyed by Slower, who is never 3HKOd by Heatran and can 2HKO with Scald. This is made even worse by Slowbro's fantastic ability in Regenerator and access to Slack Off, allowing it to remain a Heatran counter for the entirety of the match. Slowbro's high usage and viability only add to Heatran's problems. Ground-types also threaten to OHKO Heatran with their STAB, and are common in NU. It is important to note however, that Steelix, the best NU Ground-type, has a secondary Steel typing. Due to this, I suspect Heatran to be in mid-high A tier in NU due to its ability to pressure many top tiers such as Sneasel, Incineroar, and Vanilluxe, despite its problems with Slowbro.

Nerfed Stats:
[50 (10-) / 75 / 85 / 100 / 85 / 100 (-15)] (495 BST)
Removed Moves:Thunderbolt, thunder.
New Typing (If Any): water/psychic
New Abilities (If Any): Natural Cure -> damp
New Moves (If Any):---
Justification and compatitive insight:losing its boltbeam coverge and its best Ability, its good speed stat is now just slightly above avrage, it's even frailer then before, but its special attack remains untouched... So it got that going for it.
