I'm writing something now but I will say right now that last night I had him down as a scumread. Not sure where I stand on a lynch of him, but it's much better than you or CB for sure.
I don't see what everyone else is seeing with CB, but I'm hesitant to go all the way and say he's town for me because I don't quite understand what he's seeing w.r.t this game. The fact that his strongest scum read is ap is weird, and I'd be okay with it if not for the fact that for some reason his strongest towns are...texas and moody. It's a bad look. At the same time, I just feel it's too obvious of a connection to be mafia? And I appreciate his effort in trying to be here and active which is more than what most people have given effort-wise.
ap is hard to read but I'm more inclined to view him as town for now (and again, I don't see what everyone else is seeing in his behavior that would make him mafia). Obviously he is a strong and tricky player so you don't ever want to write him off one way or the other, but I'm willing to see where he's going for now. There's just so many scenarios
I don't agree that a Texas vote now is bad. I think Whydon is absolutely right when he says this is not the Texas we've come and known to expect. I think there's reasons for that that explains things that I don't really want to go into, but the opposite side of the coin is just that he's mafia hoping to take advantage of a lull in activity. I mean you can just look at his CB vote holding really poor reasoning imo. I think that's definitely something plausible that the mafia would want to go for at this point. Yeah, you can make the case that he would want to build town cred to, but I think it's reasonable to think that he feels he doesn't need to make the effort assuming we're not getting close to lynching him or his teammates.
Where does this leave me? I don't like any of the lynches proposed on the previous page. Basically every vote on the last page minus Whydon was whack af. At the same time I don't want to vote my town reads that have been proposed (not even town reads, but people whose lynches I think are bad). That said, voting low content people, I'm also not a fan of. What has toni done that would make us believe mafia is there? You can easily read rag's post as posting for the sake of posting because he didn't know what to do/say. I'm not excusing that, I just believe there's better options out there.
I think that leaves me with something like Viper Moody and Texas. I think Texas probably isn't happening though. Viper is doing the classic, "I'm here but can't do much," which I understand is just probably how it is for him but it does make me nervous. Moody's just made some really weird votes that just don't follow what everyone else is thinking and are just...out there. The Changed vote d1 and then the vote on ap today just strikes me as odd plus Moody hasn't had very many strong opinions about everyone itg. Maybe I'm reading Moody wrong given that I don't really remember how he usually plays, but it just feels like he's kinda floating making these votes that are just off.
I hope duskfall comes back, I'd like to hear what his thoughts are rn :x He was solidly town for me but his disappearance makes me sad. I don't see what everyone else does in Jay, I feel as if he has not offered any significant opinions nor has he had any noteworthy posts for my taste. I dunno just looking back, it's a lot of fluff. I actually probably wouldn't mind a vote there, but I doubt it will happen.
It would be nice if we could see one post at least from everyone, but who knows. zzz

i'm not using meta to read either of viper or texas because life happens. i know viper is mega afk for this day cycle, and if texas is celebrating his bday then i'm willing to give him a pass. i think both are town with my stronger read being on texas town

there's a lot wrong with this post. the first one is saying "asek made me post" and then giving a laundry list of reads as if he's been keeping up with thread. second one is the vote on me. i honestly think we're going to find a bunch of scum on my day 1 wagon, if i have time tomorrow morning i'll take a look at who that was, but this vote was like mega fucking wack. and then the weirdest thing about this is that this vote somehow managed to slip under the radar while metal sonic's vote on me got him wagoned. toni comes in joins the cb wagon. i dunno. there have only been three posts from the slot but i think it's a good day 2 lynch.

I can't "expand" on saying that I want people to share information in order to find scums. I made my intention and strategy pretty clear so far. I don't really know what more you need to see for yourself...
I'm keeping my lynch on Duskfall until someone proves me that someone else is a better lynch or if the lynch count gets polarized on some other people at the end of d2. I'm surprised he never defended himself so far. I go by assuming he pleads guilty by his silence, unless he has something groundbreaking to say for himself, which I think he would've already said by now.
I really do not see where I was overdefensive, his quote shows me reading someone as scum, which is offensive if anything? His only discussion here is from roughly the first 2 pages. He questions why no one made a read scum on me except apricity when Texas did immediately after I made that post. Seems to me like he didn't bother catching up on the full debate before declaring me scum and apricity town.
As mentioned last day, I still think apricity is scum, only reason I came off that is because metal sonic was acting more suspicious. I am also suspicious of Wawman now, if apricity is scum I am pretty sure so is Wawman just because he defended apricity so strongly without apparently reading the full conversation.
It just seems so suspicious to me that apricity near gets lynched day 1, mafia have 2 days to discuss and then wawmen suddenly after nearly not posting at all becomes one of the most active. Looks like apricity has spurred him on a bit. The fact they are both hard reading town on each other now and going after me (who started the wagon on apricity) could definitely be a coincidence, but wawman's sudden change of playstyle wrings of guilt. Wawman said he was also new I think? He could be easily influenced by an experienced player.
Anyways, I'm going after wawman if we can determine apricity is scum.

I mean you're implying that my sub wasn't able to read the game after he was asked to post. Yes, I am on the cb "wagon" thank you for obvserving that! I'm like really tired right now so I'm gonna go take a nap
My reads have been changing today
Setting aside his read on me which I know isn't right, the rest of where MS was on the game is as follows:
- Former Hope as town (confirmed)
- MoodyCloud as town
- CaffeineBoost as scum
- Whydon as town
- Jalmont as town
- Apricity as scum
- Duskfall as town
Two things stand out to me from this, the first being that the people scum reading duskfall should take a hard look at their reasoning for doing so and re-evaluate their reasoning, I was also coming around to him as town later on yesterday; the second being that MS scum read Caffeineboost consistently from the start of yesterday through to the end of it. When MS made sense as scum it seemed completely plausible that CB was who he thought he could push easily to a mislynch but knowing now that he's town it looks a lot more like he had picked up on a legitimate tell from CB, whatever it was, and was convinced that he was scum.
MS also started to target apricity later on in the day, going to take a look to see if I can see what he saw, haven't seen much notable from him yet
