RU Dragalge (RU)

Dragalge @ Dragonium Z
Ability: Adaptability
EVs: 204 HP / 252 SpA / 52 Spe
Modest Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Sludge Wave
- Toxic Spikes
- Hidden Power Fire / Focus Blast

Good bulk, a unique typing, and Adaptability allow Dragalge to act as an offensive and defensive threat in the RU tier. It is extremely powerful with Adaptability and high-powered STAB moves, and access to Toxic Spikes gives it even more utility due to the amount of switches that it forces. Great natural bulk and typing allow Dragalge to perform as one of the best checks to Ninetales, an offensive powerhouse that is usually extremely difficult to switch into, as well as checking other Grass-, Electric-, and Water-types. Focus Blast gives Dragalge phenomenal coverage for Registeel and Mega Steelix, but keep in mind that Draco Meteor will hit Bronzong and Escavalier for more damage because of Adaptability. Dragonium Z gives Dragalge a powerful nuke that doesn't lower its Special Attack stat, and a Modest nature ensures as many KOs as possible.

Here's a replay from the RU Open Semifinals series between Pearl and rozes that features Dragalge: https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/smogtours-gen7ru-395180

If I am honest, Im not really fond of focus blast outside of the choice specs set. I believe hp fire is just as good since you are still pretty walled by regi with focus blast anyways since it just protects and kills the pp ,and hp fire let you chip down bronzong, escavalier and doublade consistently. Idk, Id go ahead and put hp fire / focus blast as slash.

Leave Sludge Wave alone, no slash with bomb. I understand the 30% poison chance but cmon now, the extra power could be handy sometimes.

Looks good in general tho. QC 1/1 when you do the changes.
