D-Dance Lapras

I know Lapras can learn Dragon Dance since it's an egg move, but i was wondering how I go about teaching it to my Lapras. Does the gender of the Dragon Dance parent matter?? I currently have a male Lapras and Dragonite (with D Dance) and will be working to get a female Dratini.

The moves I'm going for are:

Dragon Dance
Ice Shard
Body Slam
Waterfall
