This is it. What you all have been waiting for! The Pet Mod Grand Slam Playoffs! In this tournament, the eight finalists will take on no less than eight unique Pet Mods to compete for the title of winner of the first Pet Mod Grand Slam.
The eight finalists are as follows
leonard (from big bang theory) with 82 points (Seed #1)
Jucherz with 70 points (Seed #2)
Brodaha with 45 points (Seed #3)
Moosical with 34 points (Seed #4)
Lyd with 29 points (Seed #5)
Yoshiblaze with 28 points (Seed #6)
dom with 26 points (Seed #7)
Quantum Tesseract with 18 points (Seed #8)
These eight players will go head to head in a multitude of Pet Mod metas to prove once and for all who is the champion!
As for how the Pet Mods will be decided, it will work like this:
- Playoffs
- Quarterfinals
- Seeds #1 and #2 will each select four metagames from the pool.
- Seeds #3 and #4 will each select three metagames from the pool.
- Seeds #5 and #6 will each select two metagame from the pool.
- Seeds #7 and #8 will select one metagame from the pool.
- Semifinals
- Seed #1 will select four metagames from the pool.
- Seed #2 will select three metagames from the pool.
- Seed #3 will select two metagame from the pool.
- Seed #4 will select one metagame from the pool.
- Final
- Seed #1 will select three metagames from the pool.
- Seed #2 will select two metagames from the pool.
- Quarterfinals
- The higher seed generally pick games in odd order (1,3,5), while the lower seeds in even order (2,4).
- Match ups go #1 v #8, #2 v #7, #3 v #6 and #4 v #5
