[OVERVIEW]
The fact that the PU metagame is lacking in good Fire-type Pokemon might make Silvally-Fire more viable given it does have a decent Speed tier and okay attacking stats to be a decent Fire-type. However, there are more likable Fire-types in the tier such as Simisear and Combusken that just outclass it in terms of Speed and attacking power. There's also the average stats, wasted item slot, ability, lack of recovery, and susceptibility to entry hazards that make it unwanted.
[SET]
name: Offensive Pivot
move 1: Flamethrower
move 2: Surf
move 3: Parting Shot
move 4: Thunderbolt
item: Fire Memory
ability: RKS System
nature: Timid
evs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
[SET COMMENTS]
Silvally-Fire's best and probably only set lets it serve an offensive supporter. Parting Shot lets it pivot to regain momentum and attack right back with decent coverage. Due to its average stats, wasted item slot, ability, susceptibility to entry hazards, and lack of recovery, Silvally-Fire just doesn't have the means to be an effective offensive Fire-type. While the PU metagame is lacking in good Fire-types, there are a few superior Fire-types such as Combusken, which has access to Speed Boost, and Simisear, which is faster, has access to Nasty Plot, and hits harder.
