You keep trying to suck Josh's dick and just want to sheep him, not really offering anything. I don't think that's ever towny from someone who is supposed to be considered a good player and there's no excuse for not branching out more yourself considering how active you've been. You don't want to be blamed for your actions so you are making sure they get put back onto Josh.
Viper has been kinda shakey a bit in what he's doing, as scum he usually picks a strategy and hardcore sticks to it. He's doubled back on himself once or twice and he usually doesn't do that as scum, probably because he thinks a lot before he makes a post as scum.
