'LE' Smogn invttonl Gam Thred (Mafia Wins)

In an ideal world with 13 great players, a higher post count is better for town always. If scum posts garbage to clutter the thread, they would get called out on it. Of course, this isn't an ideal world and there aren't 13 great players here, and it almost never works out that way. But there's a reason that when you get playerlists of all even pretty good players, town wins more often than not (read: team mafia, where town won 4 and almost 5 games- actually, WF was the only one they lost).

But f off with this theory shit, go make a theory thread. Texas. There's more relevant stuff to talk about. Don't feed the troll.

Activity will be slower here til the suspect people are back into the game

if they don't come back it might be easiest to cut them off for purposefully impeding game or some shit

Did some light ISO stuff on OM room (just perusing the "isolate post" tab), found this gem.

Most particularly, zeroing in on where their mind is here. He thinks my vote on them is OMGUS and unfair, which okay, can be either alignment. But his focus isn't on me, but on how the rest of the game views this. There's some WIFOM in play here, but imo I think that sort of focus on how the rest of town sees your engagement with another player is much more indicative of a scum mindset than a town one.

I really don't know where my vote is rn, so to be safe. unvote, vote OM room

Hm, do I thunderdome OM? Their case is that they were pinged by me dismissing that nuxl was being coached and that my reaction was OMGUS and that OMGUS exclusively comes from scum...

But nah. I just see too much evidence of scum mentality in their posts. So I'm not going to chase that rabbithole and instead double down on reviewing some of the ? slots after midterms.

(page 7 at this point) kinda like tex/FH/Josh townbloc, i dont think MS cares which i.... don't think is alignment indicitive? I remember his as a very chaotic player so idk how i feel about this so meh.
 
mfw i thought OM was lurking thread and just reacting for the first 7 pages, turns out he just got here. Not a huge fan of the intro tbh. Viper is posting and around the thread but he doesnt seem to be getting much done at all, nor does he seem to be taking any solid stances at all to this point so ig he can be scum too. (still page 7)

oh i forgot to type of my response to the fh post. I’m hard pressed to find that as anything but null esp if you dont remember his meta at all mildly bothered hy that but still tring fh arm (the comment above was on OM post)
