Your team seems to be very weak to choice scarf Tapu Lele. Focus blast manages to faint Lucario and Greninja and hit heatran hard. Most Lele run Hp fire so Ferrothorn gets hit hard. Also if for some reason they have hp ice gliscor almost faints and landorus faints.
 
I'd say Gliscor all it seems to do is set up rocks. Chansey can set up rocks and has far superior bulk.
