SM OU Rate My Team(OU)

I confess to this being my first RMT so forgive me if this isn't like everyone else.

Chansey:

173582

Chansey @ Eviolite
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Def / 252 SpD
Bold Nature
- Wish
- Protect
- Seismic Toss
- Heal Bell

Uses:
-Cleric: Healing support for Mega Venusaur, Zapdos, Jirachi, and Tyranitar.
-Spdef Wall: Renders Volcarona, Magearna, Zapdos, Spatk Victini, and Tapu Koko, and Magnezone severely restricted in sweeping capabilities. Baits Z-Freezeshock from Kyurem-black and effectively takes all else from it after pp stalling out its fusion bolt.
-Status absorber: Natural Cure allows Chansey to absorb status moves such as thunder wave and hypnosis, and switch into a more effective attacker.

Tyranitar:

173635

Tyranitar @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Pursuit
- Rock Slide
- Earthquake
- Crunch

-Psychic Switch-in: Full immunity to psychic attacks directed at Mega Venusaur
-Pursuit trapper: intended to crush the Lati@s, Hoopa, Blacephalon, which threaten most or all of the pokemon on my team.
-Scarf for revenge killing various targets such as Excadrill, Heatran, and Tapu Lele
-Natural defenses: able to survive Tapu Lele Moonblast on 1/3 health, Heatran Earth power, Magnezone Flash Cannon, every non-Icium-Z attack from Kyurem-black, and Flyininum Z from both Landorus and Tornadus

Jirachi:

173636

Jirachi @ Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 248 HP / 12 Atk / 224 SpD / 24 Spe
Careful Nature
- Body Slam
- Iron Head
- Stealth Rock
- U-turn

-Landorus-T bait: Favored Body Slam above thunder wave in order to chance paralysis against Landorus, crippling its control of the battlefield.
-Spatk wall: Walls Alakazam-Mega, Tapu Lele, Magearna, and threatens to body slam them back.
-Stealth Rocks: Spawns stealth rocks on the opposing side, allows for flying types that threaten Venusaur to be damaged on entry.
-Natural Defenses: 100/100/100 is hugely reliable and allows Jirachi to survive even boosted neutral attacks.
-Pivot: U-Turn allows Jirachi to escape Magnezone, Scout Psychic switch-outs, threaten Landorus-T out with Ash Greninja, and hurt other psychic and dark types when necessary.

Zapdos:

173637

Zapdos @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 248 HP / 236 Def / 24 Spe
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Roost
- Defog
- Heat Wave
- Discharge

-Hazard remover: Defog is a must-have for this team. It's the only pokemon capable of removing hazards.
-Landorus-T switch-in: Roost and Defog shut down the ability for Landorus-T to do significant damage to both Zapdos and the rest of the team. Absorbs Flyinium Z directed towards Mega Venusaur.
-Defensive wall: Roost promotes longevity
-PP Stall: Pressure and roost are immensely useful to forcing the opponent to waste its

Greninja(Ash):

173581

Greninja-Ash @ Choice Specs
Ability: Battle Bond
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Water Shuriken
- U-Turn
- Hydro Pump
- Dark Pulse
-Priority Revenge Killer: Water Shuriken allows special-attack priority that can seriously harm even Kartana.
-Force-switcher: Opponents always try and avoid battlebond activation, and when they aren't packing pokemon like Tapu Fini or Toxapex, is immensely threatening.
-Fast Attacker: The fastest pokemon on my team, outspeeding Mega Pidgeot, Tornadus-T
-Scout: Decided to run U-turn in favor of Ice Beam in order to pull out opponents that have good matchups against Ash-Greninja.
-Cleaner: This pokemon tends to end games after all its checks and counters have been chipped down into inability to respond to it.

Venusaur(Mega):

173583

-Defensive tank:
-All-Around Bait: Allows my attackers to damage opposing team without threat, as they can switch into this Venusaur.
-natural Defenses: immense 80/123/120 and Thick Fat allows it to survive even a +1 Flare blitz from Mega Charizard X.
-Toxic Spikes Remover:
-Knock off absorber: Due to immense defense and megastone, knockoff is rendered near ineffective against Mega Venusaur. Pokemon such as Toxapex, Landorus-T, and Tapu Fini require specific movesets that can challenge Venusaur's defenses.

Threats:
Banditar: Choice band stone edge is at least 2hko on my entire team except Jirachi, which cannot take a prediction-Crunch. The only pokemon I can use in response is Ash Greninja, which is either after a KO or a prayer that stone edge misses.
Landorus-T: It's hella annoying, and I have nothing that can switch in and outspeed it, remove its rocks, take its attacks, and OHKO it all at once. Zapdos is close but you have to choose between speed or bulk.
Heatran: The only pokemon on my team set to deal with Heatran is my Tyranitar, which switches in and scares it off with scarf and Earthquake. However, in a metagame of Landorus-T's over-dominance, Heatran has easy switch outs.
metagame with Landorus-T leading it, it's near impossible to successfully pull it off. Otherwise, it torments my Jirachi, Chansey, and Zapdos. Also, neither pokemon that has a good matchup against Heatran, Tyranitar and Greninja, can enjoy switching in because they both lack reliable recovery.
Tapu Fini: Solid switch-in to Ash-Greninja, when hazards are put up on my side Tapu Fini puts intense pressure on this defensive team.
Hazards: This team is susceptile to wearing down by rocks and spikes. Any opponent that tries hard enough to put hazards on the field could potentially do so with little ability for me to prevent it all the time.

What I need:
A pokemon with reliable recovery, can survive a Heatran Z-magma storm, doesn't get checked/countered by Landorus-T or Tapu Fini, can OHKO Heatran, optional immunity to toxic.
Another effective win condition, one that can handle the trifecta of landorus-t, Magearna, and either Heatran or Ferrothorn.
Alternate movesets to handle diffferent threats. Particularly, I want to optimize the Jirachi as Landorus-T bait role, while still being able to respond to psychic types like Mega Alakazam.
Best spikers user?
What pokemon on this team do you guys believe is the "weakest link in the chain" per say?

A reminder that I have been spent a long time working on this, I'm hoping that the time spent on this will yield results i am satisfied with.

Yo, I really appreciate your description, you have been very clear.

Now I will try to give you a hand to improve your team!

Let's start with the weaknesses and then list the various changes, obviously everything will be motivated.

  • Weaknesses:

171013
>>> It could be very broken since Jirachi has little chance of being able to hit him and Zap has to declare an attack by suffering an SP that could seriously damage him. Moreover Heat Wave does not kill him, so I will list a change about it.

magearna.png
>>> In particular the modalities foreseen with the AV and with the Pain Split + CM set (it could damage both Chnsey and Rachi, TTar is not a guarantee to enter it).

797.png
>>> Can really be a very bad annoyer, given the fact that it has the ability to inflict the Seed on Zap and then to switch and if there are hazards in the field it is not the best for your team.

  • Major Changes:

036.png
>>>
113.png

In your case Chansey would be too passive, I opt for Clefable, always with the function of cleric, but with an approach dedicated to Calm Mind, so that you can be a cleaner when your opponent's pokemon are almost exhausted.

171012
>>>
385.png

Heatran with the special defender set is the most decent solution I can offer you, it damages Magearna (no all out) in all its forms, it can burn M-Mawile, Gliscor and Chomp in the switches with Lava Plume. And it's a good alternative to Clefable's wish passes.
Moreover with the set sdef it resists 100% in case of 1vs1 with a Heatran offensive with .
Toxic is better than Taunt cuz u can use it on Rotom, Latias/Latios n vs Zapdos.
Protect it is for the dual utility of recovering with leftovers and at the same team to scout the moves of possible scarfer as Landous-T to guarantee you momentum.

171017
>>>
248.png

Offensive Stealth Rocks to implement his setter role.
I decided to enter an offensive setter as an entry on Heatran, so as to be able to damage even Clefable and Magearna once they danced.
Without excluding the possibility of killing Celesteela once her Atk is at +2, thanks to rockiumz.png Rockium Z .

  • Minor Changes:

171009
( move change)
Ice Beam is the best choice to have a HOKO on Gliscor, Garchomp and to damage Tapu Bulu.

145.png
(ability change)
Staic is much more flexible in your case, especially in the absence of a scarfer.

  • Optional:

036.png
(change move)
Since you have a speed control based on Greninja and Garchomp, you could run T-Wave on Clefable instead of Wish (it could be useful against CharX or M-Zam).

  • New Threats:

006-mx.png

In fact, it could be very difficult to manage, which is why I recommended you that change.
However, Garchomp as an offensive setter can harm all possible defoggers of the current metagame.

065-m.png

It can be really drastic against your team, you can hope to use toxic with heatran and above all go for focus blast misses and it's not the best...

279.png
260-m.png

Not too consistent, the rain teams can annoy your defensive core as M-Swampert's M-Venu EQs inflict neutral damage. However use the dinosaur sparingly!
It's a bad match up, but you can do something to turn the situation around.

  • Conclusion

The team is very easy to use and as balnced with offensive cores it turns out to be very good both in ladder and for competitions.
I wanted to make targeted changes without losing the team's look you pointed out to me.
The possibilities of being able to create sweeps are many, both with Chomp and BB Ninja thanks to STAB + Specs, always considering Clef thanks to CM.
Which is why the two companions must make sure to eliminate the heavy Steel or Wallbreaker that can create pressure on it.

+2 252 Atk Garchomp Continental Crush (180 BP) vs. 248 HP / 28 Def Celesteela: 371-437 (93.4 - 110%) -- 62.5% chance to OHKO after Leftovers recovery
+2 252 Atk Garchomp Continental Crush (180 BP) vs. 240 HP / 52 Def Mew: 371-437 (92.5 - 108.9%) -- 56.3% chance to OHKO after Leftovers recovery
+2 252 Atk Garchomp Continental Crush (180 BP) vs. 248 HP / 8 Def Tapu Fini: 345-407 (100.5 - 118.6%) -- guaranteed OHKO after Leftovers recovery
+2 252 Atk Garchomp Continental Crush (180 BP) vs. 248 HP / 8 Def Tangrowth: 321-378 (79.6 - 93.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

0 SpA Heatran Lava Plume vs. 92 HP / 0 SpD Mawile: 350-414 (132.5 - 156.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252+ SpA Heatran Earth Power vs. 252 HP / 128+ SpD Heatran: 332-392 (86 - 101.5%) -- 12.5% chance to OHKO after Leftovers recovery

I hope you enjoyed it.

Your Step

I think ill take the Clefable and Heatran on a test run. Thanks!
However, I see one huge concern, and it's the new weakness to status that my team faces.
I want to switch my Tyranitar to a pokemon that is capable of switching in to Xzard, has reliable recovery, and can healbell/aromatherapy. Any ideas?
Thanks.

U can try Alomomola but maybe is too passive, cuz koko make a lot of pressure
