apricity doesn't deserve townleans

Athena feels strong, I get positive vibes but it's debatable whether that translates to town or scum. Gut says town, but don't quote me on that (yet)

DS. is another player that needs to deliver more meat

oh darlin ive never been told that i lack meat

because voting out an active member of town never makes any sense from a town mindstate

voting out one of the most active members of town is a huge win for scum

from my mindstate voting out somebody that led to the last game going up to 200 pages means the remaining players can more easily stay active.

thats why powerscumming works, it makes it harder to know all info.

voting out somebody for reasons not applicable to the current game is scummy imo - regardless of if its hidden under the guise of a RVS vote.

as an aside - it totally would have worked last game had my team been active, so you are right there

Difference is silly reason vs bad reason.

anyways lets move away from it for the moment because its pointless to dwell when we have so much game left to play. Can we talk about setup for a moment? Im trying to figure out exactly how the setup is determined and dont really understand the dicerolling aspects

Town Power Roles:

To determine the town power roles, roll a die six times and mark down the numbers. Each roll corresponds to a grouping below.

1-3: Investigative
4-5: Protective
6: Killing

----------

so you are rolling to determine the categories of the power roles, but then how are the actual power roles decided?

you roll six d6's so I think there would be 3 town power roles in a game? one dice to determine the category and the next to pick what role from each category

ex;

Investigative
1Innocent Child
2Role Oracle
3Role Cop
4Tracker
5Parity Cop
6Cop (with Night 0 peek)

or are the numbers the actual instances of the roll?

so like the first three times you roll you are rolling for investigative, the next two for protective etc

I don't think there would be six town power rolls because the OP says mafia would have (town prs-1) power roles.

yeah i think if I rolled these numbers for town; 3, 1, 5, 2, 6, 4

what town would have are; innocent child, doctor, vigilante, 7 vts

then id roll for scum lets say I roll 5 and 2

what scum would have are tracker, roleblocker, goon.
