NOC D6 Mafia Game Thread [Day 4; Deadline June 1 at 6 PM EST]

I think mewtwo is always the lynch today and I will come back to say more about this as deadline nears. He comes across as mega nervous in his posts

For now we can do some other stuff. My experience has generally been that sustained wagons are less likely to result in hammers. So I’ll hop off the wagon for now. I hate Jordan’s vote with a passion

DS seems town maybe, but I don’t really want to read DS abased on meta because we just played a scumgame and I don’t think he would play the same scumgame twice in a row

I just really want to flip mewtwo but I think there are probably better ways to spend the day

atp I town read Hal and Athena. I don't like the fact that he's tunneled me but this looks like town dusk so far.

He gave some cheap support to the wagon on me, and then voted a gutlean instead.

I think that calling Hannah town just based on entrance is a pretty easy thing for jordan to do there.

You aren't giving me anything I can meaningfully engage with, but I spent my last two games as the closest thing to an innocent child so I don't think pointing at the other nocs and saying that I was cool before means much. I'm not good on the defensive. The defenses I gave for myself the one time I came under scrutiny in eimm were garbage.

In the turbos we played a few days ago I was attacked early, gave a shitty defense, and claimed role because I panicked. The common theme is that I'm town in all of these games.

I actually missed this before so im glad Hal quoted it.

Yes you have. There was a moment in Mayor Mafia where I was leading a lynch against you (D1? or so) and you were definitely under pressure at some points.
 
One thing I will give MewTwo tho is that he does tend to throw his vote around a bunch early for no reason which he did at the beginning of the game and caught some unnecessary flack for I think.

Because I'm aware than DF has tunneled me super hard in every game we've played together, so eimm and some turbos. I feel like this made me a lot more self-conscious about not making a mistake or backing down or anything like that early on.

I've heard people say here that mafia worry about looking towny and town worry about lynching scum, but looking towny enough to not get mislynched is still important for town.
 
Coming off too much a certain way, being wishy washy, being too serious or not serious enough, etc. There are lots of ways town can make mistakes that lead to mislynches.
 
The funny thing about the quote is that mewtwo townreads me dusk and Athena. Tommy and I have been pushing his wagon since the start and so it was just really funny to see him two posts later realizing Athena is also voting him.

Not gonna lie it probably leans town on average but mewtwo is so deep in the hole for me I can’t see myself lynching anyone else

Suggesting that I can't ask questions to people I town lean is ridiculous.
 
I agree that town can make mistakes btw, but this still doesn't feel towny to me. I don't want to get into a tunnel on Mewtwo this early though so I'm gonna leave him for now and come back later.

Samoyed has also been kinda awful imo opening up in his interactions with mewtwo. I don't see it as scum theatre but in certain there's at least one scum there so
