Z-Me First is one of Pinsir's most powerful sets, being able to cleanly wipe out teams after setting up thanks to its amazing STAB attack in X-Scissor, and coverage in the practically unresisted EdgeQuake, ability to outspeed all Choice Scarf users at +2, and Moxie to boost its attack. With that being said, Pinsir can be pressured by offensive teams before setting up. It's preferred that its teammates like Silvally-Water be able to weaken the enemy by removing key checks, like Defensive Golem or enemy Silvally-Water, as well as just generally weaken the enemy so Pinsir's Z-Me First can snag a KO. Pinsir is overall a staple of the tier in terms of handling offense, and with the correct support, It's a powerful setup sweeper for weakened teams in general.

Hey. QC comments below in bold.

Z-Me First is one of Pinsir's most powerful anti-offense sets, being able to cleanly wipe out teams after setting up, thanks to Moxie and it's amazing STAB in X-Scissor and coverage in the practically unresisted EdgeQuake, leaving little way for teams to stop a well played Pinsir. Specify that Pinsir outspeeds all Scarfers at +2. Should also give examples of what it sets up against (i.e Shiftry or Komala if Pinsir is healthy) in a separate line. I think it is also important to note that sometimes Pokemon will switch out against Z-Me First to avoid a knock out and subsequent Moxie boost, so Pinsir may have to nab kills without Z-Me First to start a sweep.

Although, Pinsir can be pressured by offense teams before setting up, so it's preferred that it's teammates can weaken up the enemy, so Pinsir can use Z-Me First to snag a kill, or have another method of winning the 1v1. This part should be more detailed. State what pressures Pinsir and wallbreakers that help Pinsir sweep mid- or late-game. You should emphasize how important it is for Pinsir's teammates to break or provide chip damage, because Pinsir really needs the support since it lacks the power to OHKO threats before Moxie kicks in.

Keeping Pinsir in top shape is absolutely pinnacle to success, as it's frailty makes it a common target for being revenged and pressured out by scarfers due to its at most decent speed, as well as it being walled by Gourgeist-XL and Golem. Give one of two examples of Scarfers and specify that it is only pressured by Scarfer before set up. Basically, the context here is that things can pressure Pinsir into not setting up. But this doesn't mean that Pinsir doesn't have it's own bag of targets to prey on, such as weakened attackers, slow breakers that are weak to their own STABs or coverage attacks, or just things caught switching out. Give examples. And once this monster sets up, it can be nearly impossible to stop, with moxie giving it even more attack for each KO it gets, turning Pinsir into a monstrous snowball rather quickly.
Overall I think this spotlight can be touched up. First and foremost I think the writeup should focus on how Z-Me First works (which you've done) and then branch out on why it can be so good at cleaning rather than going back and forth between the set's positives and negatives. Your goal should be to make it clear for a new player to understand the mechanics of the set and how it works well in the current metagame as well as why it can struggle in certain matchups. That being said, you do a nice job of explaining how Pinsir can be pressured and just need some examples of what pressures it (i.e SR, faster special attackers).
Not QC 1/1 yet because I would like to look over when you're done.

And Moxie to boost its monstrous attack. From a QC standpoint this first line should emphasize the boosts gained from Z-Me First into a kill and then branch off to coverage to better outline the set. Which it does quite consistently when at full, with some key targets being Komala and Shiftry, but the user must be aware that they may switch out to avoid a subsequent moxie boost as well as the speed boost from Z-Me First. Bit of awkward phrasing here trying to fit two points into one sentence. Should separate them since they are their own points and aren't really related to each other. With that being said, Pinsir can be pressured by offense teams before setting up, so it's preferred that it's teammates (give examples) can weaken up the enemy by removing key checks, namely Gourgiest-XL and Golem you mention offense teams but name defensive checks, should list some offensive threats instead, as well as just generally weaking up the enemy so Pinsir can use Z-Me First to snag a kill, Should emphasize what Pokemon Pinsir needs weakened outside of the offense matchup (Gourg-XL and Golem) or have another method of winning the 1v1 such as blowing through with super effective hits, since his power isn't anything spectacular until the moxie boosts kick in. Should be its own separate point. Keeping Pinsir in top shape is absolutely pinnacle to success, as it's frailty makes it a common target for being revenged and pressured out by scarfers such as Electivire due to its at most decent speed before Me First, as well as it being walled by Gourgeist-XL and Golem. Fluff But this doesn't mean that Pinsir doesn't have it's own bag of targets to prey on, such as weakened attackers, slow breakers that are weak defensively, like Granbull or Beyeehem, or just things caught switching out like the aforementioned Shiftry. And once this monster sets up, it can be nearly impossible to stop, with moxie giving it even more attack for each KO it gets, turning Pinsir into a monstrous snowball rather quickly. These last two lines kind of repeat what's been said before (what Pinsir sets up against and how it can sweep after boosts) so I think they should be better incorporated into the spotlight rather than tacking them on as a conclusion. For example, "what Pinsir sets up against" should be talked about in the second sentence and "how it can sweep after boosts" is already talked about in the first line.
Once again would like a final look at this before QC 1/1. If you have any questions hit me up in PM.

The user however needs to be aware of a way to win the 1v1 without a moxie boost, because the enemy may switch out, which will let them avoid giving Pinsir a subsequent moxie boost along with the speed. Should specify "However, the foe may switch out to avoid taking a Z-Me First" first thing in the sentence to give better context for point being made.

But this doesn't mean that Pinsir doesn't have it's own bag of targets to prey on, such as weakened attackers, slow breakers that are weak defensively, like Granbull Granbull is not a good example because Pinsir isn't going to 2HKO it after Intimidate unless the opp somehow lets it take Z-Me First. Replace it with something else or Beyeehem, or just things caught switching out like the aforementioned Shiftry. Pinsir is overall a staple of the tier in terms of handling offense, and with the correct support, a powerful setup breaker sweeper for weakened teams in general.
qc 1/1 nice work.

Need to mention this SBPC. Even though the content is solid and it's clear for me to understand, the writing structure should be improved because at times it's probably harder to understand for newer players not into ZU. For example, the first line is an overview to Z-Me First Pinsir and puts multiple points into one line as opposed to condensing the information to something like "Z-Me First Pinsir is a potent threat to offensive teams thanks to its monstrous Attack, great coverage, and most importantly its ability to snowball with Moxie and +2 Speed." I'd recommend reading it aloud or running it by other people before moving into GP.

This is currently far too long, we usually like to have the descriptions sit at around 1000 characters and yours is currently over 1650. I could GP this and try to cut it down myself, but with cutting down that much I'd be likely to remove the wrong things. Please edit it down (potentially with the help of 5gen) and then someone will give you a GP check.

this needs cutting down so I'm going to re qc this

there are also a lot of errors here-
- rapidash is a bad pinsir check, replace it
- Pinsir really isn't that frail - one of the things about it is that Electivire can't OHKO it with any move from full so the electivire point is on the moot side
- you need to mention what exactly z me first does. make it clear that it turns the copied attack into a z move and gives pinsir a +2 speed boost that allows it to outspeed pretty much everything

I want to look at this again when you've fixed this so tag me

edit for important people: set is fine and is not changing so don't worry about the graphic

Z-Me First is one of Pinsir's most powerful sets, being able to cleanly wipe out teams after setting up, (RC) thanks to it's its amazing STAB attack in X-Scissor, (AC) and coverage in the practically unresisted EdgeQuake, especially since it outspeeds ability to outspeed all scarfers Choice Scarf users at +2, (AC) and Moxie allows it to boost it's its attack. With that being said, Pinsir can be pressured by offense offensive teams before setting up. (comma -> period) (These two points feel separate to me, the first phrase doesn't imply the second so I split them into two sentences) so it's It's preferred that it's its teammates like Silvally-Water can be able to weaken up the enemy by removing key checks, namely like Defensive Golem or enemy Silvally-Water, as well as just generally weakening up the enemy so Pinsir can use Pinsir's Z-Me First to can snag a kill KO.
