Can I do Scarf Victini or is that being done right now? I don't see it anywhere posted skeleton wise but it was reserved, so let me know if I can reserve it.

EDIT: Horribly phrased, basically I was wondering if Indigo Plateau was still doing it since I didn't see a skeleton posted or anything, and if he isn't anymore, I could tackle it instead.
