Guilty means you know someone is scum mechanically, basic example is cop getting a guilty on a scum player.

I have a guilty on m2h because he visited Texas, which is only possible for a scum roleblocker mechanically in this setup

Basically scum!m2h is throwing hard if he's blocking texas instead of killing him, so dusk's result is more likely to be the fake.

but tballz is extremely likely to believe a watcher cc over m2h in a 1v1 situation, so I guess that's the factor that can make this not be a 100% terrible decision ?
