13p Matrix 14 (No Multiball) Game Thread [GAME OVER]

All of my reads are scattered so honestly I don't know who to even look at. Idt Heal defends m2h like that knowing he flips scum. I also think Tommy's towncore is bull because there's no way town was running every lynch every day without scum trying to interfere unless the towncore was HORRIBLY wrong and scum felt safe from within the towncore. I need to study but I'll be back later to actually think over this

First and only game I've played with m2h was here on smogon and I was town and he was some sort of scum, can't remember if he was third party or actual mafia but I feel like it was third party. He seemed really innocent and cheerful and scumhunty on day 1, but at the end of they days his vote would suddenly change due to kinda flimsy reasons but he'd play it off with a ton of nervous/crying energy that would make players feel bad for him and be at least willing to trust him despite very much knowing the vote changes we weird af. His game definitely sufffered when those suspicions hit but well he's m2h and he cried his way out.

This game he's starting with a similar level of cheerfulness and uhh ?purity? but his fights with duskfall seem comparatively less substantive to his scumhunting attempts in the other game. But well if he was third party in that game then he truly was scumhunting while being scum himself so I'm not sure how that would translate to this game... Though this format does allow third party wolf so I think it's important for all of town to remember that just because someone looks like they are scumhunting it doesn't mean they aren't a wolf.

Overall m2h is being a bit more direct this game than last, it's still early. Hannah made some comments about after seeing m2h's face in vm that her perceptions of him changed and I have to completely agree with this sentiment. Overall the innocent, cheerful acting m2h has zero pulls on my heartstrings any more and looking forward I'm judging him purely on substance and 100% ignoring his tone.

However, I still feel that he has been towny, maybe even just obvtown throughout the game but he is right that I've never seen him play scum, so maybe im just being naive.

this also happened (he was talking about heal), page 84 in general seems interesting
 
the whole hannah/heal defense of m2h feels very reminiscent of that one points based game where DS was obvscum but kept associating with hannah and csyager, who defended him against all evidence, but they were town despite being unreasonably obtuse (hannah's behavior wasn't quite the same though, seems a lot more argumentative and engaged here)

Hannah defended m2h all game until she hammered. I was skeptical of M2h all game until he false claimed and there was no CC. Anyone who's been reading the thread know that Hannah and I had a fundamentally different type of interaction with m2h, so to lump us together on this is wildly inaccurate to the point beyond what I think any reasonable towny would try to do.

yes, I know that your post is kind of a defense of Hannah by pointing to a past game where town hannah did something similar, it's just that I don't see how I'm involved in that read so attaching me to that is weird.
 
situation where one scummy boi is hard defended by two people, and the scummy boi associates with/town reads said people, it was csyager in that other game, it's you in this one, it's not even really a read, just me stating that I'm getting vietnam flashbacks, idk what seems so innacurate about this analogy to you

What's so inaccurate is that I definitely did not hard defend m2h.
 
like you constantly seem to be very defensive and to paint such posts as nefarious attempts to get you lynched when the crux of what I'm saying is that I'm worried you and hannah are lynch bait who defended scum harder than what was reasonable and will flip town still

I know what you're saying, but it doesn't change the fact that I didn't hard defend m2h.
 
idk man you made a lot of noise about suspecting m2h, then you weren't on him when his wagon got traction and you jumped onto the jalmont counterwagon, then d3 you didn't seem to be pushing m2h at all either, so it seems fair to say you two have association
