Max Raid Dens

Does anyone have a list of Den #'s that includes where the Den actually is? Been looking for specific poke dens like Hydreigon

Edit: and gyarados

that's because research is still on the way, it's difficult to pinpoint exactly which den is what without some pretty heavy datamining work
And also praying that the Den # don't change based on Trainer ID or change every day or every time they reset...

Well everyone seems to get Ditto in the same den. I certainly find them in the den that all the youtube videos suggest.

When do these dens become available by the way? I’m only on the 4th gym so far and I’d like to see if I can find a den with Dreepy in it before it’s natural location (which is after the 7th gym).

Every den is available from the moment you set foot in the wild area, tecnically. The mons that spawn in them change with your progress in story (at stat it's just NFE mons). I'd assume once you're able to do rank 3 raids you can on paper run into every single pokemon, including several gigamax forms.

how exactly does one manipulate this to get ditto other than just hoping that den has an encounter in it? i tried throwing a wishing star in and got a dubwool

Each den has 2 pools of mons to pull from. The regular beam is the normal pool. The bright pink with the purple swirly beam means it's pulling from the rare pool and this den only has Ditto in it's rare pool.

So you feed that den candy until it spawns the rare beam, then it's a Ditto.

i was under the impression that every spawn from that den regardless of the beam color was a ditto, is that incorrect?
Incorrect. "Den 66" only refers to the Den when it's in rare mode. This is where a lot of the confusion has come from as each Den actually has 2 numbers, one for the regular pool and one for the rare pool.

Another helpful tip is to save in front of the den before feeding the wishing star. When you do the game will prompt you to save, but as saving is not immediate so you have a small window to close the game and restart it if the beam was not purple. If a purple beam does show up, don't interrupt the saving process and you'll have a Ditto in the den.

I got a Dreepy from a Purple Den just after i completed the 4th Gym. The Den was in the bottom left corner of the first Wild Area you encounter. Also caught a Goomy here using the same Den and a Wishing Star.

Are we sure Serebii's data is right? It says #85 has G-Copperajah, #81 has G-Machamp and #93 has G-Sandaconda, but #85 and #81 keep throwing G-Sandacondas at me. (Or is there some G-Sandaconda event I didn't know about?)

Fairly certain there's an event. The Sandaconda isn't listed as a possible encounter in the Ditto den, but I've had a G-Max one spawn there from a Wishing Piece.

There is an event that spawn more G-Sandaconda and G-SnapTurtle in Sword, while spawning more G-Corviknight and G-FireBug in Shield.

Also more G-Butterfree in both. And this, regardless of the datamined pool of available Pokémon for each den.

I would hazard a guess that G-Corviknight is a 4-star and above raid - I have yet to see one. I've seen plenty of G-Centiskorch and G-Butterfree in my shield playthough, and i'm only 4 badges deep. I have yet to play a raid higher than a 3-star.

Nah, G-corvi is definitely available in 3 stars. That's where I got mine (at level 30 or so, during the story while i was doing raids for lulz)
