Team Building Process

I decided to base my team around bulk up corviknight since I find that it has an easy time setting up in the current meta. Bulk up combined with max airstream can steam roll teams in the late game.

Seismitoad provides good synergy with Corviknight as they resist eachother's weaknesses. Seismitoad is a solid switch in to scarf g-darmanitan and rotom-w, and also offers stealth rock and toxic to make things easier for a corviknight sweep.

This is where I added the sand aspect to my team. Excadrill is there for hazard removal. I opted to use mold breaker over sand rush because my team so far can't hit Rotom-w very hard. Sand Stream from t-tar synergizes well with my team and does valuable chip damage for a corviknight sweep. I run assault vest on t-tar so I can switch in on any dragapult set, and either kill the dragapult or do massive damage on switch.

At this point I realized my team is very weak to fighting, so I slapped a good old Aegislash on the team. I use the specs variant but I find that any set works for this team. He also provides spin block support.

For my last pokemon, I wanted to keep my team consistent with not being affected by sandstorm, so I went with Clefable. Since I already have a rocks setter, I went with the magic guard life orb set. Moonblast/Flamethrower/T-bolt/T-wave tears through ferropex and can leave a large dent in any team not expecting it.

Any criticisms are welcome!

^above lmao
Change Clef T-Wave to CM, CM tears apart stall teams and balance teams as well
On Seis it's generally not worth it to run mixed; EQ => EPower and Impish into Bold
tbh I find Specs Aegis extremely subpar tho tbf as you mentioned any aegis set works here(so long as its not utter bullshit) however, lack of ability to change back into shield form hurts it hard and takes away one of the key aspects of aegis
Clef looks good maybe FB to one-shot Ferro but thats optional

flamethrower from life orb clef OHKO's max def ferrothorn so I'm good on that end. I run t-wave on clef bc the mon can force switches against ferropex if i've already revealed my set, meaning I can cripple something for free on switch. Your Aegislash criticisms are valid. I changed the set so i'm not choiced and really it's been helping me out a bit more.

What set did u change aegi to? i feel like life orb would be good with special moves + kings shield but i dont wanna run dup items

Yeah I didn't want to run duplicate items either so i used spell tag with king's shield/shadow ball/flash cannon/shadow sneak max sp atk
