Thanks to Shadow Tag, Wobbuffet is able to situationally trap and eliminate important offensive threats such as Zacian-C, Eternatus, Zamazenta, and Excadrill. The combination of Encore and Destiny Bond is often enough to overcome many Pokemon, though setting up this strategy is not easy because Dynamaxing cancels Encore. Safeguard is a possible option over Destiny Bond to allow its teammates like Zacian-C, Zamazenta, and Excadrill to set up without having to fear burn, poison, or paralysis. The EVs here are used to maximize Wobbuffet's defensive bulk so it can take a +2 Earthquake from Adamant Excadrill or a +3 Play Rough from Zacian-C. Sitrus Berry is quite a default item, as Custap Berry is still unreleased, but it helps Wobbuffet properly beat Eternatus, Zamazenta, and Excadrill, since Wobbuffet is then able to switch into Dynamax Cannon, Crunch, or Earthquake while not being 2HKOed thanks to the extra health that Sitrus Berry gives. Wobbuffet is also bothered by Gothitelle's presence because it forces a lot of Pokemon to run Shed Shell, resulting in Wobbuffet not being able to trap them.

Very one-dimensional Pokemon so I'll be covering the prose pretty carefully.

Wobbuffet finds a niche in this metagame thanks to his ability Shadow Tag which allows him to trap most of the main offensive threats in Ubers, like Eternatus, Zamazenta, and even Excadrill or Zacian-C in some cases with Counter and Mirror Coat.

To a layman this might read as if Wobb is the best mon in the tier, since it's able to trap all the big players. The reality is that Wobb can't usually switch into Zacian-C or Eternatus, and is lucky if it can get a RK. The prose should be changed to reflect a more nuanced outlook of this Pokemon's niche in Ubers.

The combination of Encore and Destiny Bond is able to make a Pokemon faint with him without any trouble as it can't switch out because of Shadow Tag.

This is again overstated and oversimplified. In some cases the play with Encore and Destiny Bond is trivial. In others its not. Accurately and concisely explaining the core strategy is what's important.

Sitrus Berry is quite a default item as Custap Berry is still unreleased, but it helps to beat Eternatus more properly.

It helps more than against just Eternatus. Make sure the prose is better at capturing the big picture of what element X accomplishes.

Also remember that Dynamaxing cancels Encore, which is important to mention in this analysis.

Unfortunately the prose has mostly just been made longer, and is confusing to follow. The first sentence is a run-on that tries to cover two conflicting points. The second sentence is even more confusing. Description of Sitrus still doesn't capture it's purpose, you just list more Pokemon.

In my check I explicitly emphasized that importance of prose that is nuanced and concise. There's not much else I can say other than ghostwriting the prose to what is appropriate to paint a more discrete picture of Wobbuffet's role.
