I'm a bit sad about this because there were moments were I was trying to speak to you as a person (acknowledge your meta argument, say that you're generally amicable, talking about myself as someone who would get upset sometimes) rather than as a role/ig. I guess I'm ok to drop those things because they're less relevant to the game but I am sad you saw them as pretentious, as they were geniune.

You seemed willing to engage my (from your POV 'faulty') arguments the previous time even though they weren't phrased as questions, so I guess I thought you would reply to those things.
 
Yeah I guess the claim seems weird because as brothers they are an NPC, even though it seems like you can have individual Keckleon on your team? Idk if that's exactly right but a cursory search seems to suggest that.

Not that I necessarily think they would be scum together, but they are my two scum reads.
I'll let my mind tick over this today, my preference seems like it's starting to swing back to M2H given that I could more imagine HeaL as a frustrated town.

There are definitely some less preferable options I could get behind towards deadline.
That list is probably Zaroco and Thunder-Ballz

I really would like to go anywhere else today, either because I'd need longer to overturn a town read on them, their particular claim, or something else would need to happen for me to question D1's events.
So the people not on my lunch list today are:

Zaroco's reference to irl behaviour accords with my experience. I could see him hedging + not-committing to a vote as either alignment in their first forum mafia game.

HeaLnDeaL : I do see you say 2 PR's later in the thread, but it's possible I'm misinterpreting this phrase as 0 pr's.

Let me get this right... you want me to clarify what "pretty safe to claim" means.

Look. We have a lot of VTs. The one non VT flipped is one shot., though that's a scum role so it's hardish to judge in respect to town roles. Panic did not claim learning info all day long.

It would be a pretty safe thing for scum to claim the Panic did nothing last night when 1) there's a lot of VTs, so panic might be VT, 2) panic claimed no info last night after over 24 hours into this cycle, which means he had no results to share with town at this time, which means he might not have any results at all.

It's not a foolproof plan for scum to claim this, but it's "pretty safe."

alternatively, if panic is PR and he didn't want to out himself so soon, he could choose to just pretend that haruno is telling the truth.

haruno's claim to me doesn't undo all of the suspicions they've triggered in me, and I'm not going to immediately hop off that just because a known claim troll claimed something.

sorry, I don't mean it like you're pretentious and I don't want to talk to you, I just saw replying to you with my honest perceptions a bit counterproductive to town in this case.

Oh well I don't really know how the game works. What I thought was you could have the other claimed pokemon in your "party" or rescue team or similar?, but you can't have the Keckleon brothers in your party together, you can only have a Keckleon, but this might be some fundamental misunderstanding about the game?

This is helpful to me! I thought you were talking about not buying the claim of the role, but you were talking about not buying the claim of the target. Thanks
